I’m a little confused on how to rate my experience today when I was ordering my chicken burrito the lady putting the items in put lettuce on it with out me asking for it. I don’t usually get lettuce with my order and I was a little shocked she just slapped it on there but when I went and ate it it was acctually better with it on so I guess idk how they train there workers to like sense what I would like but it worked so ig

Workers act like people ordering food is such a burden. The attitudes are beyond understanding. And yes I've worked retail (10 years) and fast food (3 years) before.

Definitely cheated me out my money I asked fa a cup of extra steak they gave me a cup size that you use for the vinaigrette and charged me 6$ . Won’t go back no more .

I should have listened to the warnings people gave about this location. I’ve heard it’s dirty, the people who work there are dirty, and I’ve even heard someone seen a mouse there. Nonetheless I still went and suffered from the WORST food poisoning after. It was so bad I even had to go to the ER. Stay away from this location.

Ordering on the app makes it impossible to get the food you ordered. From missing guac (that you get charged for), to getting the completely wrong order, to having to wait 20 minutes past the supposed ready time for an order that was placed an hour ago. And if your order IS correct, the bowl is half full at best.
I am usually very understanding with workers, especially in fast food, and I have never felt the urge to leave a 1 star review, but I am never coming to this Chipotle again.

I went there for my co workers and the women got mad because I was pointing to the things I wanted. First of all you are here to take my order that is not customer service. I’m sorry but I’m in the food service business and I would never dare even if a customer was rude which I was not talk to a customer like that learn from this. Me and my co workers get chipotle every other week and it’s always something today the chips was stale. If this continues I will no longer spend my hard earned money with chipotle if this continues.
