Excellent Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. The crust was perfectly baked, the sauce had great flavor, and the pizza was loaded with cheese and toppings exactly as a good deep dish should be. Everything tasted fresh, and it was exactly what we were hoping for when looking for authentic Chicago pizza. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
Customer service was good. It had a family type vibes with a bar and music setting. The pizza was good.
Definitely a popular spot. It’s an interesting look from outside. Once inside it smells amazing. We already knew before arriving we were getting pizza. We opted for thin crust this go round, but are talking about possibly going back before we leave to try the deep dish. We also ordered salad and hot wings. Our server was so amazing and on top of everything we needed the entire time. All of our food was so good. So cheesy and sauce amazing. The bottom was toasty and delicious....read full review

The Silo Restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service, with a friendly and fun waitress. It is a great option for groups, satisfying many dietary preferences with fresh food and good flavors. The menu features impressive pizza, including the taco pizza and Philly cheesesteak with nacho sauce, and a burger meal was great, served with a smiley face. Fried pickles were tasty, with awesome homemade ranch, and the pizza itself is amazing with very tasty crust and insta-worthy cheese pulls from plentiful mozzarella and great toppings. The Caesar salad is also good, with excellent house made croutons. The stuffed potato is a dream, and mushrooms are excellent. This cute little place has a really cool atmosphere that shows its age in a good way, and is a good find, close to the base and easy to stop at after Navy graduation. It is a popular dining choice, attracting Navy folks and their families/friends. There is lots of parking, and while it can get busy, the polite and professional staff make it a good experience. The Silo is a perfect spot for dine-in or takeout.
