Every time I go in there the workers are rude and not one of them ever has a smile on their face. I have never made a review like this about any other fast food or restaurant chain but felt compelled to say it here in the hopes it will be addressed.

First time here, probably the last!Good food ,but seriously very dirty eating area and the restroom omg!! The floors were also filty. I hope you're experience is better than mine.Definitely didn't plan on having to wipe down my table before sitting down.Plenty of staff behind the counter the laughs and giggles we're plenty but anyone cleaning besides me, nope not at all!!

It is 11:15 and this chipotle is currently out of white rice, steak and chicken on the serving line. Understaffed as the person at the register is the one stepping off the line to make all the food. You would think before opening the doors for lunch they would be ready but no one working seems to care.

This has to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been. First, the staff does not clean the tables. Most of the tables are traces of people not picking up their trash. Second, the all the staff say is “anything else”with a tried and exasperated attitude. Third, I ordered the steak bowl. Most of the steak are burnt, dry, and cold.
Horrible experience. I placed a mobile order and they forgot to put steak in my steak burrito. When i went to pick it up the entire staff ignored me and was playing around with each other and not working. I had to go behind the counter myself to grab the online order myself. Avoid this location. Libertyville and Vernon hills much better

Always really rude staff. They act like delivery people owe them, mostly young girls. One time, couple weeks ago, young, light skin, chubby girl asked what was the name and I said the name and tried to see if they have it and tried to turn one of the bags, I was there for about 5 minutes, and already showed that I have the name and everything. She started yelling at me, you can’t come here and touch the bags. I said, you called me asking the name, that’s why I approach the pick up shelve. And asked her to not talk to me like that,I called manager, he said his name Juan, tall guy(5’10”-5’11”). He didn’t look like he was a manager, but he said he is the one. He didn’t say sorry or nothing, just said that their policy. I said, the girl being rude and he was just, that’s our policy. I go to several shops, and no one is as rude as these kids.

Decent food, but theres a skinny girl a long braid rude always bitting her thumb no customer service at all. This location always forgets something from my order and when i go back they question your order like if you ordered it wrong. The servings of anything is always mediocre when i order thru the app.I rather make the drive to the one on fountain square. They need a grown supervisor at all times

One of the dirtiest Chipotle’s I’ve been to. Was hard to find a clean table to sit at and looked like there was plenty of staff to get someone cleaning. The meat was barely cut and still in huge pieces.No changing table in the bathroom. Not a kid friendly location.

If you are looking for the worst Chipotle location, CONGRATS! You found it!! This location has the most miserable staff. You wont even get a hello, what would you like, just blank stares and 0 communication or an annoyed and snide responseThe portions are usually quite smallThe meats are usually quite burnedThe staff looks miserableSalad is always freezer burned, like the lettuce is frozen to their bowl.In summary, take the extra drive to the Chipotle in Waukegan. Im a Lake Forest resident and its totally worth the extra drive. Its a shock the manager / Chipotle corporate dont see the common denominator with this location, and its customer service and the current miserable staff.

I love chipotle but not this location isn’t worth it. Always feels like you are overpaying for inconsistent food by a staff who resents serving it to you. One of the most consistently disappointing Chipotles.

The server at the front was not welcoming or friendly. She also was serving very poorly, gave me all blackened guacamole. Didn't even provide a receipt and walked away before I could even ask for one. Highly disappointed.
