Was at the Lake Bluff location around 4:30pm today 2/3. I got a build your own burger and added a "deluxe" topping which means you pay extra. The deluxe toppings are not cheap either. When we got the food, it was missing the mushroom with was the deluxe topping and also there was maybe a couple of strips of onion. I asked the staff is that is really all you get. She said let me check with the cook. She comes back and tells me that they said they just gave me what was already there but they can cook more if I wanted So basically they don't mind taking the payment but they really won't give you want you paid for. I guess I assumed that they would cook what was asked and paid for. I mean I figured you would be cooking the burger anyways so you would also make sure the proper toppings are there. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. The cook clearly doesn't care for quality of food. Five Guys is better.

We just sat 40 mins in the drive thru we called ahead our order and then was told to sit at the window after we had told them we called ahead and nobody came to say hi they came 20 mins later and asked if we had an order again and then sat another 20 waiting. Chicken tenders are small. Order taking over the phone was like she wasn't listening I had to repeat myself alot.
Very delicious burger,Very good service, the ladies there were very attentive to my needs.The barbecu sauce the ladies and I spoke about, they asked me for the name.It is Hichory smoked babaque, made by Kraft. It's my current favorite.I did not forget to tell you ladies.Hope you read this to fine out the sauceI liked!

First time here and I wasn't disappointed with the flavors of either the burger or the Cajun fries. I was greeted warmly and welcomed into the restaurant. It is a nice place that looks cozy but somewhat modern. As for the food, the burger was really good but the only thing that kept them from a five-star review was the temperature of the burger. It was barely above room temperature if that. Still it was good enough to try again without hesitation.
I've always been in favor for meatheads, I was really craving it lately I happened to be around this area and stopped by. My oh my the food was so fresh (as always) and so delicious. Really fast service for Togo. One of my favorite places to go for burgers with fried egg. Can't wait to come back thanks for the great service. Ambiance was quiet and no much traffic at the time I went.
