Apparently they close for 15 minutes at a time when one employee is on break. People deserve breaks but this should be reflected in the posted hours. Multiple Target employees available but unwilling or unable to man the Starbucks counter. Call ahead or something I guess. Unprofessional.

Customer service here is bad. There is a young Spanish lady that work there who is always rude every time. She was working again today (11/07/2023 around 9 am). Starbucks need to give her a customer service training. She always act like the customer is bothering her for ordering. If you don’t want to work there then go somewhere else!

Drink was too sweet. Couldn't go back so I tried calling and there's no direct phone number to call and when you do press and dial to their department the call drops.

I wanted to give this particular store a second chance but it quickly turned out to be a sore mistake. The service was just unacceptable at any level. I'm never a pain in the behind customer and I don't post negative reviews, but this experience has pushed me over the edge. There was no signs of minimal courtesy to the customer and the employee (didn't have a name tag on) was just outright rude and visibly annoyed. Heated up my order which I specifically asked her not to do, spilled drink on my personal tumbler and didn't even bother to clean it up. And it is literally impossible to leave a comment on the Starbucks website hence this public post. I think I'm about done with this "Rudebucks", here on out I'll be supporting more locally owned coffee shops where there is some level of courtesy and accountability.

I’d give a -5 if I could. Absolute piece of work customer service by all the employees at this particular Starbucks. I’ve never seen such a terrible service in any other Starbucks I’ve ever been. If they don’t appreciate the work they should just quit and find something else to do with their free time. They act like customers are bothering them just by placing an order. Please don’t go in the morning unless you want them to ruin your coffee and your day for you. Starbucks should really look into the matter and take action to save their reputation and customer.

When I was trying to order something the female staff member did not greet me although I greeted her first. Then while the coffee grinder was still on she was trying to take my order but since the grinder in the back was super noisy she couldn’t understand my order and snapped at me for no reason.Well, after that she finally turned the grinder off and asked me what else I wanted but since I couldn’t understand her due to the loud coffee grinder in the back I just replied: “With light ice please.”That’s when she started to roll her eyes on me and snapped at me for no reason: “ I asked you if you wanted something else!”Geez… if your having a bad day, don’t t let it out on your customer! Who treats their customer like that???!!!!I really felt like a nuisance, will not return.
