Sadly, this is another data point that this business is no longer reliable. I never ever post reviews but have to since there's no contact number or other avenue to contact the owner. Ordered valentines brownies for my daughters on 1/31 for delivery on 2/12 (2125) thinking I was being proactive. Here we are end of 2/13, no Brownies, no communications. Emailed the business, no response yet. Really disappointing when you're spending $77 for brownies shipping included. Previously used them a bit about 10 years ago, I guess the business has fallen off. I so wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Wouldn't be faced with disappointing my daughters.
Update - Mar 10 and still expecting my refund almost 40 days after my initial order. Maybe I'll get it back by next valentines.
Update - March 31 - After waiting 60 days ang getting no refund, I had to submit a dispute through my credit card company. This is the single most dishonest company I've dealt with in all my adult years. Run dont walk and take you business elsewhere. And please enough of the fake AI reviews to push down actual customer experiences.

I've ordered from them over the years and they're brownies are delicious. However, this year I placed an order, just 2 small brownie boxes, to be delivered to 2 different addresses before Christmas. After 2 weeks, they canceled my order for no apparent reason and never notified me. Then placed 2 new orders. Neither of which have been delivered. In fact one hasn't even shipped yet 15 days after placing the order. There's no phone # to call on their website and they have ignored my emails. Not good service and I'm not sure my gifts will ever be received. I won't be ordering from them again. They are fairly expensive too.

Ordered thru Williams Sonoma 10-26-24. Shipper created a shipping label on 11-7-24. Every day I checked order updates and watched the delivery date be pushed out to the next day. And the next day. And the next day. Finally just cancelled the order with Williams Sonoma on 11-22-24. Wish I had seen the reviews for this vendor before ordering. Williams Sonoma should really rethink selling this bakery's products. UPDATE: Changed my review based on Blissful Brownies response and my experience with Williams Sonoma. After multiple calls, nonsensical explanations, extreme frustration and review of other Williams Sonoma customer complaints I realize the bakery is not at fault.

I bought peppermint brownies on Williams and Sonoma from them. I was suppose to get them on October 13th and received them a month later. I wanted to cancel them because they were late but Williams and Sonoma couldn't reach them. Contacted them for weeks. I received peppermint brownies that were hard as a rock and had to throw the whole thing away. A waste of $50! They shipped them in a normal box but then said it needed to be refrigerated when I received it. By that point, there was mold on it. They should have sent it with ice. Obviously this company doesn't care about their consumers. Don't waste your money like I did!

Ordered some through Williams Sonoma. They were horrible. They were delivered on a Friday, picked up on a Saturday and we tried them on Sunday. Horribly stale. The caramel was hard as a rock where the pictures showed it all gooey. Do not waster your money on these.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only was the order never shipped or received, I have sent several requests on their website to have them contact me, with no response. No one answers the phone number listed. When you charge 50$ for 6 brownies and can't even return a message, it's criminal. The worst part being that I have some very disappointed family members this christmas. Absolutely inexcusable!
