Ordered thru Williams Sonoma 10-26-24. Shipper created a shipping label on 11-7-24. Every day I checked order updates and watched the delivery date be pushed out to the next day. And the next day. And the next day. Finally just cancelled the order with Williams Sonoma on 11-22-24. Wish I had seen the reviews for this vendor before ordering. Williams Sonoma should really rethink selling this bakery's products.
UPDATE: Changed my review based on Blissful Brownies response and my experience with Williams Sonoma. After multiple calls, nonsensical explanations, extreme frustration and review of other Williams Sonoma customer complaints I realize the bakery is not at fault.

I love brownies and have tried them all over the country. Trust me when I tell you-these are the absolute best. Actually, all their products are the best I’ve ever had.

I bought peppermint brownies on Williams and Sonoma from them. I was suppose to get them on October 13th and received them a month later. I wanted to cancel them because they were late but Williams and Sonoma couldn't reach them. Contacted them for weeks. I received peppermint brownies that were hard as a rock and had to throw the whole thing away. A waste of $50! They shipped them in a normal box but then said it needed to be refrigerated when I received it. By that point, there was mold on it. They should have sent it with ice. Obviously this company doesn't care about their consumers. Don't waste your money like I did!

Ordered through Williams Sonoma, the pumpkin bars are fantastic! Perfect texture, delicious flavor, not overly sweet. 5 stars ⭐️

Ordered some through Williams Sonoma. They were horrible. They were delivered on a Friday, picked up on a Saturday and we tried them on Sunday. Horribly stale. The caramel was hard as a rock where the pictures showed it all gooey. Do not waster your money on these.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only was the order never shipped or received, I have sent several requests on their website to have them contact me, with no response. No one answers the phone number listed. When you charge 50$ for 6 brownies and can't even return a message, it's criminal. The worst part being that I have some very disappointed family members this christmas. Absolutely inexcusable!

Convinced this place isn’t open anymore. Purchased an order on my mom’s behalf on December 7th, no updates since, have reached out to email 2 times with no response. Phone not in service. Would not recommend. Order number 46079.

No stars. Ordered on the 30th and the 17th still no delivery. Website says both shipped and completed but next page says waiting to ship. The phone number on Google and the website dont work. Sad customer service and poor representation of a Woman Owned Company

Is this business still open? I have been a customer for years, but I placed an order, and was charged, on 5/9/22 that was supposed to be delivered 5/17. It’s almost a month later and shipment info is still not updated. Both #s I found are no longer in service. I sent an email but no response yet.So response I receive below was to send an email, which I had initially, did it again after the quick response received from my review. I haven’t gotten a response email or phone call, which is pretty infuriating. Then, my nephew suddenly gets brownies yesterday - that we’re packed on 5/9!!! Seriously?!?

2nd time I have had a billing issue with them. Was overcharged by $200 March 3rd. On March 4th they acknowledged it and said it would be credited immediately. I have called and emailed numerous times and keep getting excuses ("I thought I saw that come out of my account" "The manager will take care of that" etc). Over three weeks later- no credit.
