If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only was the order never shipped or received, I have sent several requests on their website to have them contact me, with no response. No one answers the phone number listed. When you charge 50$ for 6 brownies and can't even return a message, it's criminal. The worst part being that I have some very disappointed family members this christmas. Absolutely inexcusable!

Convinced this place isn’t open anymore. Purchased an order on my mom’s behalf on December 7th, no updates since, have reached out to email 2 times with no response. Phone not in service. Would not recommend. Order number 46079.

No stars. Ordered on the 30th and the 17th still no delivery. Website says both shipped and completed but next page says waiting to ship. The phone number on Google and the website dont work. Sad customer service and poor representation of a Woman Owned Company

Is this business still open? I have been a customer for years, but I placed an order, and was charged, on 5/9/22 that was supposed to be delivered 5/17. It’s almost a month later and shipment info is still not updated. Both #s I found are no longer in service. I sent an email but no response yet.So response I receive below was to send an email, which I had initially, did it again after the quick response received from my review. I haven’t gotten a response email or phone call, which is pretty infuriating. Then, my nephew suddenly gets brownies yesterday - that we’re packed on 5/9!!! Seriously?!?

I love these brownies! We have received them as a gift at work and they were amazing. So, recently when I needed to send some gifts I ordered some. Two weeks later and the brownies had not even been shipped out yet. I called several times, but no answer. I left a message to please cancel my order. I also emailed and asked that my order be cancelled as at this point they would not arrive in time. I never received a response, so I sent a second email. Still no response. Finally I disputed my credit card charge. Low and behold, despite my multiple requests to cancel the order, the brownies finally arrived. Several days later I finally received an email stating that they apologized for the delay in getting my order to me and comped my purchase. It was a nice gesture, but didn't make up for the fact that I had to purchase other gifts in the meantime. I will probably order more in the future for myself, but never if I need them by a certain date.

2nd time I have had a billing issue with them. Was overcharged by $200 March 3rd. On March 4th they acknowledged it and said it would be credited immediately. I have called and emailed numerous times and keep getting excuses ("I thought I saw that come out of my account" "The manager will take care of that" etc). Over three weeks later- no credit.

I really liked them when they were based in Hood River, Oregon. I used to use them all the time. Now I find their customer service is really lacking. There are no emails with shipping confirmation or really any follow up despite leaving messages, sending emails etc. Sadly, I'm finished with this company, darn.

Ordered Lemon Bars for a birthday gift and they arrived right on time! My dad loved them!! and said they were the best he had ever tasted (he's very picky). We are very happy with the excellent service and look forward to ordering some goodies for ourselves very soon!
