Delicious Detroit pizza. But the service here is really poor. When going to pick up food there is often nobody up front to help customers. I’ve waited for 15-20 min before someone even pokes their head up at the register. And there have been several times that they didn’t even get our order (from Toast Takeout). They don’t seem apologetic. Just offer to cancel the order and move on to the next customer like I am an inconvenience. Also they are apparently changing names or something and have two locations but have changed nothing on Toast or online. So they are Donatis online but Pucks in real life?Such a shame because they make good pizza.

LOVE the Detroit pizza. Delicious thicker crust that doesn’t feel like you’re digesting a bowling ball when you’re done, as with some of the other famously known deep dish pizzas’. So happy to discover it. And the folks there are always, always so nice.

Our waiter made the experience! He just made the whole process move smoothly. From bringing drinks, refills, appetizers, salads, entry's, desserts, and the bill.

Overall, great experience

Veggie deep dish pizza was soggy, luke warm and bottom stuck to the bottom of box. In addition pizza missed a topping and green peppers appeared slimy.Poor experience this time around

Donati’s was our go to until they changed their whole pricing structure and started charging $2.50 per ingredient plus normal pizza price. Wow wtf happened. Went to order a few pizzas tonight and order was $157. Cancelled quickly. Sucks now have to find a new place. Pizza is good but not that good. Hope this changes soon so we can be customers again.
