Delicious Detroit pizza. But the service here is really poor. When going to pick up food there is often nobody up front to help customers. I’ve waited for 15-20 min before someone even pokes their head up at the register. And there have been several times that they didn’t even get our order (from Toast Takeout). They don’t seem apologetic. Just offer to cancel the order and move on to the next customer like I am an inconvenience. Also they are apparently changing names or something and have two locations but have changed nothing on Toast or online. So they are Donatis online but Pucks in real life?Such a shame because they make good pizza.

LOVE the Detroit pizza. Delicious thicker crust that doesn’t feel like you’re digesting a bowling ball when you’re done, as with some of the other famously known deep dish pizzas’. So happy to discover it. And the folks there are always, always so nice.

Veggie deep dish pizza was soggy, luke warm and bottom stuck to the bottom of box. In addition pizza missed a topping and green peppers appeared slimy.Poor experience this time around

Donati’s was our go to until they changed their whole pricing structure and started charging $2.50 per ingredient plus normal pizza price. Wow wtf happened. Went to order a few pizzas tonight and order was $157. Cancelled quickly. Sucks now have to find a new place. Pizza is good but not that good. Hope this changes soon so we can be customers again.

Top picture is what I ordered. Bottom picture is what I got. Definitely not the same. Ones a cheesy bread and ones a garlic bread with mozzarella cheese melted on top.Pizza wasn’t terrible but nothing special either.

Donati's has really upped their game. I've always felt Donati's was kind of a middle of the road pizza but I don't feel that way anymore. For this review, I ordered delivery of Donati's Detroit style pizza and one of their chopped salads. The Detroit style pizza is amazing and a welcome addition to all of the New York and Chicago styles offered at other restaurants in the area. The signature charred cheese on the edges of this pizza are crunchy and flavorful. The sauce is just right and has a fresh flavor that is slightly sweet and pairs well with the charred cheese sides. The cheese on top has that desirable 'snap' when bitten but properly stretches when pulled. The crust is thick, fluffy, and full flavored. I also got the Lake Forest Chopped salad. Wow. This salad is amazingly fresh, cold, and delicious. The chopped chicken was still warm and tasted like it just came off the grill with that perfect grill flavor. The raspberry vinaigrette dressing is also flawlessly matched with the other ingredients. This salad is a new favorite of mine. If you have not tried the Lake Forest Chopped salad I highly recommend you do. Kudos Donati's for a great meal.

Never again, this was my first and LAST TIME ORDERING. Where do I even begin. We ordered the pizza at 10:17 this morning for a 12:30 delivery. At 12:29 I called and asked for a ETA the man told me he will be there by 12:30 I’m looking at phone and clock like how but ok. 12:35 approaches still no pizza so I call back I get a young lady that actually looks the order up and says he is on the way the order has disappeared from the board which means he has arrived, I then told her
