Bad customer service and races I order my food and had to wait to get it because the girl that was working there decided to give the food to the other people I felt it was reces because I was Hispanic especially in these days of what it’s happening she didn’t even greet she looked like she was mad very poor customer.

I ordered the new Sabrina Carpenter strawberry daydream refresher, and two coffee rolls. I made myself very clear and repeated the order. When my order came out, I didn’t get either of what I ordered, instead I got a large dragon, fruit refresher, and two apple fritters. NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! Terrible service and they don’t listen to you, if you were to go to a Dunkin’ Donuts, don’t waste your time here, go to the one in Lake Bluff by Jimmy John’s! They actually listen!

Dunkin' always delivers a quick and convenient coffee run. Iced coffee is consistently good, and donuts are fresh. Drive-thru lines can get long, but service is usually speedy. Prices are reasonable. A reliable spot for a morning pick-me-up. ?☕️

Let me tell you this has been the absolute best experience at a dunkin I have ever had... the young man and woman were literally the encounter I needed.. made me laugh and smile were exceptionally kind to me even though I have never been here I felt like I had been coming here forever... 1000000 out of 10 if I could give more stars I would!!!! It's a breath of fresh air seeing the kindness they showed!!!!

This is one of the places I shop at daily. What I can say is that their drinks, snacks and food are always great. Never a dull moment when you go there, trust me if you walk in there sad you will walk out feeling happy ? I love It there.
Dietary restrictions: For those that wants to watch their diet, there's different types of milk you can choose from.
Parking: There's parking right infront of Donkin, and there's also street parking.
Kid-friendliness: When I tell you, Phil is awesome he knows exactly how to get make the kids day. The other staff are really friendly and always kind and polite. Great team Phil has there working with him.
Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrance is wheel chair accessible.
