Decent little Italian joint! The calamari was well fried and still tender! Very intimate seating arrangements, tables were close and only a few servers throughout the entire restaurant. The pollo Milanese was very tasty; chicken was thick and well fried. The vodka pasta was pleasantly al dente. Overall a good spot with affordable prices! Great for a business dinner.

Francesca's Intimo has been one of our favorite spots for years, and having visited dozens of times, we have always appreciated its consistency. However, our visit this past weekend felt noticeably different from the high standard we've come to expect. While the food was amazing as usual, reminding us why we keep coming back, the overall experience lacked warmth that typically defines this restaurant. The physical layout of the dining room was tight; the tables were positioned so closely together that they actually had to be moved just for us to get in and out of our seats. It's a bit awkward when you feel like you're putting on a "show" for the table next to you just by trying to slide across their space to leave. This physical crampedness was paired with service that felt surprisingly neutral. Our server wasn't "bad" or rude, but they never introduced themselves and lacked any sort of facial expression or warmth, which is a departure from the excellent service we usually receive here. Most disappointing, however, was the lack of attention to detail regarding our reservation. I had specifically noted that we were celebrating a 50th birthday, yet the milestone was never acknowledged by anyone at the restaurant. While we still love the kitchen's work, the lack of hospitality on such a big occasion made the evening feel a bit impersonal. We hope this was just an off-night for a place we truly enjoy.

I'd been here a few years ago and recalled the food was good, but nothign special. Our recent viit - the food was outstanding, price reasonable and service excellent. Wide-ranging menu. Everything from seafood to steak to pasta was superb.

Highlight was a members pasta bolognese and the manhattans. Both salads presented well but were lack luster in taste.

We ordered the insalata alla francesca for pick up on Christmas eve and were charged $27.
When we opened the salad to eat, we found not the salad we ordered, but just sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and pea pods…
We immediately called to figure out what happened and the hostess that answered offered no assistance whatsoever; No offer of apology or compensation for their error. Instead we were told they were too busy to deal with our issue. We were told we must have ordered this, although it’s not even on the menu.
When we asked if we could come pick up a replacement salad, they told us we would have to pay full price for it. They made no efforts to resolve the situation or apologize. we paid $27 for two tomatoes, a quarter of a cucumber, and a handful of peapods. Will not be returning.
