I was in a bind today - I ordered take-out and unfortunately, my car wouldn't start when I went to go pick it up. Called the store and they had it delivered to my office. Great service!!

Today I went in everything seemed okay except when I got my sandwich the young black girl asked if I wanted my receipt but I did not hear her the first time, so when I asked it’s the receipt ? I said no thanks since I was given the option. and while I was walking out she starting talking about me to her co workers making fun of my reaction when she asked me. I only knew cause I heard her say that girl something and then the gentleman walking out behind me told me I was being made fun of, which confirmed my suspicions. I told him , why ask me if I want my receipt after i already paid because I should have got it then and the cashier didn’t give me one.?I should have got it when I paid, my opinion. Which I don’t care but This also happened to my co worker Samantha just a few hours before me today and when I got back to work I told her what happened and she said the black girl did the same thing to her. Inappropriate and unprofessional for one. Two just make the sandwich and put the label on it if that’s the receipt she’s referring to cause other locations just slap the order info on it. Three your job is really not that hard. It made us feel not good. We both work at LF school district as teachers and her behavior is unacceptable. I’m sorry.

The staff are extremely friendly and it is always such a welcoming environment stepping foot into this place. Wonderful spot for lunch if your in the Forest lake area, they won’t ever disappoint

Delivery service was terribly slow. We were told they were a little busy for lunch, expect an hour delivery, 2.5 hours later after being promised multiple times our lunch was on the way, our food finally showed up. While waiting for an order for 7 people, orders placed later for individuals were delivering to our business address. Don't trust that your food is on the way when they claim it is.

Not hygienic!!! we just arrived and the 2 guys who were working there were on their phones because there were not any customers. They used the same gloves making the food. It’s gross

I didn’t get to do the survey from the receipt. But for some reason the cashier overcharged by a lil over a dollar. When I order on the app my meal came out a little over $21. When the cashier did it. My meal was over $22. This happened before at the Lake bluff location also. I guess they singly charge chips and drink instead of as the meal add on. And they didn’t double check the mistake.

Freaky slow. Placed my order and sat there waiting for it. They prioritize take out orders over people eating in. 2 people in behind me got their orders and and they couldn't find mine So I repeated my order to them And they got it wrong. If you want a ham sandwich order a turkey.
