Not hygienic!!! we just arrived and the 2 guys who were working there were on their phones because there were not any customers. They used the same gloves making the food. It’s gross

I didn’t get to do the survey from the receipt. But for some reason the cashier overcharged by a lil over a dollar. When I order on the app my meal came out a little over $21. When the cashier did it. My meal was over $22. This happened before at the Lake bluff location also. I guess they singly charge chips and drink instead of as the meal add on. And they didn’t double check the mistake.

Piss poor attitude from their employees. My daughter went into the store to order a couple of sandwiches and said the gentlemen who took her order was rude and didn't listen. She came home to find she didn't get the right toppings on her sandwich. And, this is a repeat pattern with employees from this store. Change your attitude or close your doors Jimmy John 's Sandwich

Freaky slow. Placed my order and sat there waiting for it. They prioritize take out orders over people eating in. 2 people in behind me got their orders and and they couldn't find mine So I repeated my order to them And they got it wrong. If you want a ham sandwich order a turkey.
Ordered food 5 hours early for delivery at 11:00 am (during lunch time) for lunch with friends and food came 45 min late - well after lunch. Called to find out and person answering the phone indifferent. Shutter this business! Poor service - stay away

Called to place a catering order for delivery 2 miles away and the guy was so rude that I probably will not step into another Jimmy Johns ever.

The manager here doesn't wear a mask during the mandate. The other employees working this location are adhering to the local laws. Most people here have young children who aren't eligible for vaccination and visit this location often. If you don't care about COVID, or have already had the virus - great! However, some of in the community follow the rules and want to be safe. This one individual feels he is too important to put a covering on his face. He is an arrogant j**** I'm not going to order from here anymore. I'm done with people who feel their politics should be forced upon others. On another note, how about the other employees that have to work besides this individual. ...and people wonder why it's hard to find help these days.
