On February 11, 2023 ( Super Bowl Sunday) I called this location at approximately 4:25pm.I stated that I know this is Super Bowl Sunday and that you are probably busy.I asked the following:If I place an order when would it be ready?I was told 5:15 pm.I then went to the store and found approximately thirty people waiting.I checked in and paid while they checked on my order.After about twenty minutes(more people jammed into the tiny waiting area) I asked if they had any idea when my order would be ready since it was already late.I was told they had no idea as there were so many orders!I asked for and obtained a refund.If you cannot service the orders you take- DON'T TAKE THEM! I have spent a lot of money at this location over the years.I may not ever go back to this location.I would like to hear from corporate about the foregoing.My time was wasted, and I had to go somewhere else for the food.Really, you had no idea when my order would be ready?

The food was good and all but the delivery driver was some older lady who appeared to be drunk? She was slurring her words and almost dropped my food. Terrible

I have been a very satisfied customer of Lou Malnati's for over 10 years. The product is excellent. However their on line app does not, and has not worked, for many many months, a variety of functions, including setting a time for delivery, prior purchase history, do not work, all requiring wasting time on line and then calling to place an order. I called Lou Malnati's central office to offer feedback hoping someone would care, yet the phone simply rang and rang and rang. No one answered no voicemail option was offered. My call to HQ was placed Feb 2, @2:30pm, during normal days/hours. If you value professional service, customer-centric culture, and access to reasonably good technology, this is not a place with which to do business.

Was really looking forward to this for my birthday dinner. I have been out of the area for 5 years, and came back to this. Our pizza arrived with hair in it. Not only that, but it was super thin. What happened to Chicago style that reached the edge of the crust? What happened to meeting the top of the crust? Sad to say it will be some time before I spend money here again.

I couldn't believe when I stopped in here how horrible the customer service was. I asked to see the menu. The girl behind the counter was texting on her phone during the dinner hours with an attitude. She told me to scan a qr code. It didn't work so I attempted to order for delivery. I told here 5 time what I'd like to order. I'm not sure if she intentionally was repeating wrong thing's back to me. We resolved what I wanted. She said I couldn't pay in cash. Needed card info I gave here my card # info and exp. Date then she in Insisted she needed the CVV number period at that point I got a uncomfortable feeling period and said. I don't believe you need to have that number. To place an order to place my order. She really screamed, screamed at me and then hung up the phone. I never leave a review, but this one had to be shared. It was the first time attempting to eat at the establishment period I'm very polite and don't mind tipping well for good service period unfortunately, they will never see any of my business due to our rude and unprofessional their staff was. 1 person can mess it up for the whole bunch.

Loumalnatis is a great pizza chain. Don’t sleep on it. I think this location has poor service and maybe cooks. I beg you to go to a higher rated location.

We tried a group of different things including chicken wings, a sandwich and a pizza and while the food was okay it was nothing to write home about.
OMG! What a great business! And the young man Brenden was amazing! I forgot the Lou Malnati salad has meat on it. I let him know that I'm a vegetarian and he didn't even bat an eye. He immediately substituted it and made another salad without meat! Gave it to me within about five minutes. Will be back here again!

Took my son for pizza after graduation from book camp. We didn't have time to drive to the sit down, but we managed to get a table from the restaurant next door. We enjoyed our pizza on the patio. It was way too big to finish, so we have leftovers. Thanks to whoever told us to try it out.
