So much for 45 minute deliveries from Rosatis in Lake Forest. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 bottles of Pepsi at 5:12pm. After waiting 1.5 hours and no sign of the delivery driver, I called Rosatis. A woman answered the phone and told me that they only had 1 driver and my food would be there shortly. 20 minutes later the driver arrives. He apologized for the delay, and stated that he had 4 deliveries and my food is still warm (not hot like a freshly made pizza should be). He also arrived with only 1 Pepsi, and said he’d be back (this way the next set of orders can be delayed further). It’s apparent from my experience and others that I’ve read that ownership and management have no idea what customer service is. Definitely the last time I order from Rosatis.

Chicken parmesan sandwich has more bread then chicken and they forgot the gardinera on the beef. We were the only ones in the restaurant.

Well I don't know why reviews are so bad, but I had a great experience. Offered complimentary drinks while we wait. Pizza was great and bread sticks.Lady at front desk service was great I have relocated to the South (the mother of hospitality) and she was above par with service
