There was a young girl who wore glasses and had dark hair, i never got her name but she was my cashier when i went in with my friend. She was the sweetest thing ever, my friend was having a rough day and decided to go get a quick refresher to cheer her up & immediately the girl behind the cashier made us both smile and genuinely made our days talking to her. I wish i got her name to shout her out but she was the kindest most welcoming person ever. Her smile can go along ways.

Its a Startbucks. A consistently good cup of coffee. But am I the only one who really misses the blueberry and cranberry scones? I've stopped going as much because coffee without a scone. Just isn't complete.

I come here almost every day while I wait for the Metra. It has nicer decor and seating than your typical Starbucks. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's not clean - there is often debris on the floors and used cups and trash on the tables. Understandable considering this is an extremely high traffic store due to the train station, but the management should account for that when they decide on how much staff to employ to keep the place clean.

While waiting for coffee, Colby overheard my fiancé and I talking about our upcoming wedding. Before leaving, he came over with 2 complementary bags of coffee and some well wishes for our wedding. It was an incredible act of kindness and made our whole day! Thank you, Colby!

This review is not about Starbucks food/service or location, it’s about their merchandise I purchased a few days ago at this location. Starbucks products’ quality has gone down quite a bit in past few years. I used to purchase their coffee travel mugs or mugs in general and they were amazing quality (double walled lasted longer and felt expensive) but now I am so unhappy with this ceramic mug I got on the points we collected…lid just won’t stay on and I end up burning myself or spilling hot beverage when I try to push the lid on every time! I used to have their venti ceramic cup (no lid) that I used for many years until it broke and I couldn’t find a replacement. 2nd item I got on my points (which I feel like we wasted our points on) was their French press…I absolutely hate this- firstly haven’t businesses learnt about microplastic (which I understand is hard avoid as it’s in everything we eat/drink in..but come on- why can’t businesses take some responsibility for not offering non-environmentally safe products) and why would you make a damn press made completely with plastic that is suppose to hold boiling hot beverages! I was super disappointed when I found out it was made of plastic after I used it as it felt like thin glass material while at the store. I have never had to return anything I purchased from Starbucks and was embarrassed about returning both products but I wish I could and get my points back which I earned by spending everyday at Starbucks! I feel robbed or cheated to be honest. Never purchasing merchandise from Starbucks again.

Recently remodeled, upscale Starbucks. However, after the renovation this is no longer a Reserve location, which is disappointing. Standard Starbucks menu, but the store is big and has lots of comfy places to sit. Nice location in downtown LF.
