This Starbucks location went above and beyond for me the other day. I had been to a different Starbucks location, ordered a non coffee drink, took one sip and knew it had coffee in it, but they denied it so I left and started my drive. Took a few more sips and couldn't take it because I really do not like coffee and really wanted something nice to sip on while I drove so I decided to try again at this Lake Forest location. I explained what happened just to make sure I hadn't accidentally ordered a coffee drink ... they went above and beyond to make sure I had a perfect drink and were super friendly and generous about it. It had been an exhausting week for me and the delicious drink along with the excellent, positive experience at this Waukegan Road Lake Forest Starbucks really made my day!!!

I do not usually review chains, but this Starbucks has to get a shoutout. Starbucks gives you many options in the app, items to add, take out, lessen and so on. I have never had a Starbucks be so accurate to changes as much as this one. When I select "less ice", I get Less ice. When I ask for blended, it's blended. Usually I don't have these asks listened to, but this Starbucks does that.

Great Starbucks. Always clean, friendly baristas, and they are great at keeping up with the (insane) amount of mobile orders. Good seating inside and outside. Lots of folks meet here to socialize rather than work, which is nice.

One of my favorite places in the world. Seriously love it, love their baristas, the drinks, never a bad experience. Ever. I do not eat their food though, I am allergic to eggs. Which is in just about everything if it’s baked.
Super friendly even early in the am. This place makes the best Flat White Quad. It has never been bitter.

The employees are nice here and the drinks are good. I can only give 3 stars because it’s not only incredibly small and it’s impossible to get a seat and do work as it’s a very social location where people meet to talk. Because it’s such a small location it’s extremely loud and nearly impossible to get anything done even with headphones and white noise playing. It’s much better in the warmer months when people are outside or not there because their kids are in school.
