Quick question to the manager. Why people with an accent are treated differently? The whole crew is mean and unhappy when helping customers with accent when 100% of them are not origin Americans. That is just disgusting. Avoid Lake Forest bunch of snobs!

I just wish they would get the free refill program correct for gold card members. I get the snarky face from the manager and a couple others when asking for my free refill. They keep telling me I need to buy a regular coffee to get a refill when in fact Starbucks web site says get a free refill regardless of the original beverage.
