Our family has been coming here for over a decade; at least a couple of times/month. Every single time the food has been consistently great and the sushi is fresh. The staff know exactly who I am when I am there and always get the “Red Carpet” treatment.
I've eaten at Sushi Kushi Toyo many times as I used to have clients in this general vicinity. It is, in my opinion, the best sushi in Chicagoland. The sushi is always great, and I highly recommend. The service could be a bit more attentive, but other than that, this place is fantastic.

The staff at Sushi Kushi has always been so welcoming. My family has been going here since they have opened and there is a reason we keep coming back. They have affordable options with a good variety. My favorite for first time customers is the bento box. You will get a choice of beef, salmon, or chicken teriyaki, california/spicy tuna roll, tempura, white rice, and miso soup. It is one of my favorite dishes.
