The quality and variety seemed great. The cashier seemed distracted. The atmosphere was cramped at best, unmovable at times. Nice for a nice date night stop. Not so great for my kid, He felt rushed by other customers. Would recommend the melt aways. We had mint and likened them to juicy Andies mints.

THE. BEST. PLACE. EVER. if you are within an hour drive of this place you need to go. I fly to Chicago just for this. it's the only place I crave when I'm gone. they are the nicest people you will ever meet and the chocolate is the best I've ever had. If I could give 1000 stars I would.

I bought a custom box of milk chocolate cremes as a thank-you to a friend. We were both disappointed with the chocolate as most pieces had turned white on the bottom and did not taste fresh. I usually buy their Ladybugs and have never experienced this before. It is unfortunate this had to happen on a gift ?

Really good ice cream! Lots of good flavors. We got the cookies & cream and the cookie dough ice cream sundaes. The hot fudge was super flavorful and rich. The kid serving our ice cream wasn’t helpful when we had questions, but the other workers inside were nice.

Sweets for your sweet?There were lots of families out for a treat when we stopped in at Sweet's in Lake Forest. The store feels like an old-fashioned candy store with chocolates stacked nicely in glass cases, and a table with wrapped candies. One wall has a tempting arrangement of stuffed animals and assorted candies. I tried the flavor of the day: Peanut Butter Delight and my companion's choice of Elephant Tracks was out, so they settled for Caramel Collision. We agreed that my ice cream flavor was best, rich and nutty with swirls of chocolate.Many other flavors sounded tasty and the young ones were enjoying their cones at the tables outside. Afterwards, we strolled around the block in the charming downtown neighborhood.
