Prepared meals are excellent. Rick and Carrie, are just wonderful people. The best salmon you'll ever find in right there. Great sausage to put on a grill and even the hot dogs are made there. Simply, top notch!!!

I would like to give this place 4.7,4.8 starsBecause I'm friends with other butchers,but it would be wrong to go as low as 4 stars.I only tried ,filet, coffee chili pork chop,and strip.Service was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly.The filet:tender,and flavorful;Pork chop less punch than I wanted but quality meat(and acceptable to people who don't like coffee/ chili punch)the strip we froze and it did very well.I

This business has the empathy and customer service that is rare and treasured. I called to see if they had any bone broth for my dog, who’s not eating. They said: “No, but I can get it started tonight and have it for you in the morning.” Wow! Touched my heart. In addition to the wonderful meat, this business is a wonderful neighbor!!

What a gem of a place!!! The owners are super caring and nice. Very genuine people and quality product what a refreshing business to walk into. The only thing is the main entrance is a little hidden....be sure to walk down the alley towards Starbucks and you will see on the right. Highly recommend
