Alfredo's Pizza & Pasta

We ordered on line today, they charged our credit card and never showed up. We went over there and they are closed and it looks like it’s emptied out. Don’t order there. We tried calling and were just put on their recorder hold music and ads.

This place is permanently closed. Do not order on line. The website doesn’t tell you it's closed, takes your order and your payment. Calling results in sitting on hold with no answer, and no notification that the place is closed.

Great environment to get food and enjoy time with friends and family! Place has undergone transformation since the new management has taken over. Really enjoyed the gaming machines. Have been going here since I was a kid and definitely continuing going back for those Chipotle ranch wings and the deep dish pizza!

Ordered 2 pizzas, told us it would be ready in 20. Got there about 25 min later, pizza wasn’t ready. Told us another 20 minutes which turned into over 40 minutes. I understand places are busy, if you would have told me it’s an hour wait.. fine I would have came in an hour. But don’t say 20 minutes and then I have to wait in your parking lot for another 45 minutes. Pizza was good but the first impression was not.

Ordered a pizza for delivery….waited over 2 hours…..no pizza…..when I called they told me the pizza was never made although we were charged. Manager never called back.

I ordered a pizza and it was well under cooked and I tried on my different occasions to contact them but no one answers the phone. Never had an issue before until now. So be careful when ordering from this place it’s a hit or miss.

I ordered from here not to long ago but my pizza was undercooked and I didn’t know who to reach out to but was hoping for more and was disappointed over the pizza not being cooked correctly!

Worst pizza i have ever had. No sauce and wasn't cooked. Go to Sals in huntley or Lake in the hills for pizza. Didn't get a refund for the terrible pizza they delivered. Blamed it on poor staffing.

Stopped by for a beer after work and was told the bartender had their license revoked. Since there were no other bartenders available, we were asked to leave. The place is always empty, and the staff seem to stand around doing nothing. Very disappointed with the service.

Looks like it must have been a misunderstanding too huh Alfredos? Lol. Yesterday I had the coupon for get 2 pasta dinners for 14.99 from the clippers magazine. Was told I cant use it this coupon cause it's only good for Wednesday and Thursday. Coupon clearly does not say that. Spoke to the manager and he said he wont honor it. Well looks like they dont care about their customers. We will never be back there again. They just lost some long time customers. Wonder if I should post my review on Yelp and BBB.

Horrible customer service. Waited over 30 mins for an Uber delivery! Didn’t even receive acknowledgment when walking in the receive the order. Completely ridiculous! Two different people have told me twice it’s coming and still waiting 30 mins later! Horrible service & probably worse food. Do not order Uber eats from here or you will be waiting for an excess of 30 mins or more!

Came to Alfredo’s after an absence and saw they made vast improvements, it was clean, open and a nice place to eat, drink and gamble. Staff was pleasant. Enjoyed our experience and will be back
