I asked for light ice in my strawberry lemonade, pulled up to be handed a full cup of ice. I simply asked could I get light ice and the manager Margie rolls her eyes and tells me I will have to pull forward and wait now. I look in my rear view and there are no cars behind me so now I’m confused on why she needed me to pull forward, probably because she didn’t want me to see her spitting in the new drink she had to pour. So I simply just ask her for my money back, she asked why and I told her I don’t like her attitude for a simple request that I asked for when placing my order.

We came inside to order, and the guy at the front was friendly but they ended up forgetting one of the sandwiches and all the other beef and chedders we got were super greasy and messy.

Apple turnover a little dry ,should have a little bit of moisture so the top of the turnover doesn't exhibit britleflacks and icing falling off . It's still good,just dry and messy.

I'm going to try not to sound too. Typical but their food is up to quality like most Arby's. And of course that means I enjoy their roast beef sandwiches as well as their other sandwiches I've had before with and without bacon, fish sandwiches, and of course the curly fries. Don't forget the shake.

Parking: This location is near the Lowe's and a strip mall with multiple stores. So there are options for parking.

I ordered online for a 12:30 pick up mind you this is my lunch break from work. I get there at 12:30, food isn't ready and the cashier was with a customer. She was struggling giving him change states she didn't know math, that is reassuring as a customer and business owner to say the least. While helping that customer she acknowledged me and said she'd be with me next. After the customer she was helping at the front counter was taken care of, I figured I was next as she said. She proceed to walk past me to service the drive thru. That's when I said something and received an attitude from her because the drive thru was backed up. After I spoke up a lady came from the back on the phone, continued talking while getting my food and her attitude was poor as I pointed out her phone call appeared more important than the customer in front of her. Both ladies acted and treated me very rudely and unprofessional. I have worked in the customer service industry for 30 plus years and that behavior is unexceptable. Don't spend your very hard earned money there!!!
