I asked for light ice in my strawberry lemonade, pulled up to be handed a full cup of ice. I simply asked could I get light ice and the manager Margie rolls her eyes and tells me I will have to pull forward and wait now. I look in my rear view and there are no cars behind me so now I’m confused on why she needed me to pull forward, probably because she didn’t want me to see her spitting in the new drink she had to pour. So I simply just ask her for my money back, she asked why and I told her I don’t like her attitude for a simple request that I asked for when placing my order.

We came inside to order, and the guy at the front was friendly but they ended up forgetting one of the sandwiches and all the other beef and chedders we got were super greasy and messy.

Apple turnover a little dry ,should have a little bit of moisture so the top of the turnover doesn't exhibit britleflacks and icing falling off . It's still good,just dry and messy.

And of course that means I enjoy their roast beef sandwiches as well as their other sandwiches I've had before with and without bacon, fish sandwiches, and of course the curly fries. Don't forget the shake.Parking: This location is near the Lowe's and a strip mall with multiple stores. So there are options for parking.

Regular roast beef sandwich with only 1 slice of beef. This was the same on both sandwiches. I don't recommend. Fries were also cold,

When I unwrapped the sandwich you couldn't see the meat. On top of that when we went to fill our drinks it was all water. We tried Coca Cola, Dr. Pepper, Minute Maid Lemonade. All the same. So we mentioned that to the young man behind the counter. He got us a Coke from behind the counter for the drive thru. Same result. When we mentioned that it was the same he told us that the syrup system was the same for both fountains. But he didn't do anything about it. He continued to serve drive thru customers with water downed drinks the whole time we were there. Sad day. The tables in the dining area hadn't been cleaned and the floor was filthy. Last time we eat here.

I ordered online for a 12:30 pick up mind you this is my lunch break from work. I get there at 12:30, food isn't ready and the cashier was with a customer. She was struggling giving him change states she didn't know math, that is reassuring as a customer and business owner to say the least. While helping that customer she acknowledged me and said she'd be with me next. After the customer she was helping at the front counter was taken care of, I figured I was next as she said. She proceed to walk past me to service the drive thru. That's when I said something and received an attitude from her because the drive thru was backed up. After I spoke up a lady came from the back on the phone, continued talking while getting my food and her attitude was poor as I pointed out her phone call appeared more important than the customer in front of her. Both ladies acted and treated me very rudely and unprofessional. I have worked in the customer service industry for 30 plus years and that behavior is unexceptable. Don't spend your very hard earned money there!!!

We haven’t eaten in an Arby’s in years. We were pleasantly surprised by the food offered and portions. Definitely changed our minds about eating here again.
