This location sucks. Their pumps almost always never work. When you go in and pay cash and want the change back, they tell you it just goes back on the card without proof. And they make you squeeze a dog toy to get the staff attention when you are ready to check out. Just weird vibes all around.

So upset and was so close to calling the police but didn't because not sure what they could have done. The last two times I've come to the Bucky's here in LAKE IN THE HILLS, this lady is supposed to be working. We waited 20 min before we started honking and going inside and out looking for who's working & she comes out of the bathroom telling us to relax. Today I had to take my boyfriend to work early , I'm not feeling well and needed cough drops and guess what's open but nobody around ? This same Bucky's. Instead the lady is outside in her car SLEEPING. Ridiculous, if you can't work this shift then don't!

Friendly and professional associates, and reasonable fuel prices. Pay at the pump is temperamental. Some credit cards don't work at all, others request a PIN.

Only gas station in the area that has a touch-less wash. But this place refuses to put paper in the printers on their pumps. They have been out for years now. And of course you have to go in to get the receipt with the car wash code and always get stuck behind a line of people buying lottery tickets

I've been coming here for years when it was originally Buckys but ever since they transitioned into a Casey's the gas pumps have been total garbage. Most of the time when I go the pumps don't work at all. You might be able to make it past payment, but rarely do the nozzles actually work so you can pump gas. It's very frustrating as this is the closest gas station to my home and now I have to go farther out of my way to fill up my tank.

Been going for months. Every time I come in most of the drinks are out...fountain, ice coffee, special coffee (from those fancy mixers). The only thing you can get is what is in the coolers or hot coffee.

The old guy behind the pizza counter was so rude and had so much attitude. Also they false advertise because it says slice on their menu but he said they only do whole pizzas. Lady at the register was pleasant though.

Ever hear anyone say "Let's go eat at the Gas Station" Well, usually not unless you live in Texas heading to Bucee's. Today though, we are here to talk about Casey's!! What I've learned from living in the Midwest is Quick over the top heart warming food! From their ;Breakfast pizzas, Handhelds, to their Delicious customizable pizzas to all the great branded snacks & drinks you could think of. Next time you stop for gas, I HIGHLY consider you get lunch too!
