Young man named Deacon is always amazing at the window. Super capable, kind, and helpful.Makes the experience great. Which is huge since my kids repeatedly ask to go to Culver’s. It’s crazy how much a cashier at a fast food window changes the experience so much.Keep it up Deacon!

You can’t get me wrong Culver’s is always awesome, great food and service also It’s nice how Culver’s Supports Boy Scouts by holding events for them.
Culver’s never fails. Came here after going to Red Robin down the road. HUGE mistake. Red Robin is too over priced but I also suffered sacrifice terrible customer service at Red Robin but than goodness Culver’s wasn’t too far. The gentleman at the register was sweet. Made it feel like I usually come to this spot but it was actually my first time in the area. When we ordered he kept the convo light. Usually I like to have a specific order and he handled it with ease. When we left he also said, “Have a great night!”. Regardless if he was busy working the reg and also bringing out orders outside. Wished I got the gentleman’s name but definitely an outstanding hard worker there. Made me feel incredibly welcomed. Not even just him, I appreciate everyone who works there. Everyone does such an amazing job, the food is fresh and fast. Thank you guys. Leadership and staff Saturday night 3/16/2024, you killed it. Amazing work

Good food, decent/very average service. food came out hot and fresh, however, they mixed up the burgers and which sides went with which burgers. Additionally, they forgot the custard that was supposed to be brought out so we had to go ask for it and it was just sitting there poorly mixed with 1 piece of chocolate in their daily flavor. I mean I didn’t expect it to look like the picture ? but the mint chocolate has like zero chocolate as if it was coming out of the person who made its paycheck.

I'd say we typically get what we expect when we eat at and / or order from Culver's. This is a positive since that can't be said for many places. Kids love the custard. I'd say that's what draws them in.

It seems like Culver's isn't as good as it once was. They took away the beef pot roast dinner and a few other items I liked. This time, I got the beef pot roast sandwich, but it was so dry. The Cod sandwich is still good, though.
