Hours are until 9:30. Horrible drive thru wait times. Front door is locked at 9pm. Hire more people and keep the front door open until 9:30 PM. They must not want the income. There is always Culvers. I love DQ Peanut Buster Parfait!

If you close at 9pm and have 20 cars waiting 45 min or longer because your front door is locked so can’t even go in to order maybe tell them you can’t take their order instead of just ignoring them at the window while making blizzards for employees and their friends. Terrible quality of service never coming back.

Have always had a great experience at this location. Marie is fantastic and does such a great job decorating the cakes!!

The worst DQ i have been in the US. When young teenagers run this place with no concerns expect to get a melted away blizzard. Everytime i go to the pick up window they are always screaming amongst themselves.
Well, they say bad things dont last long. Maybe they shut down or change the workforce.

Rude staff. Wouldn't accept the free cone coupon, (even though they had been accepted before). Slow service, inaccurate orders that they then blame on the customer. It's worst when the teenagers are working. Management needs to actually manage this place.

I got a banana split, I asked for all of the toppings and barely got any. Two drops of chocolate syrup and two drops of strawberry, that’s it. Very disappointing, especially since I love getting a banana split from DQ, it’s probably just this location. Those teenage girls need more training.

I got a chili dog and it didn’t taste the greatest tbh but when I mentioned it Eve gave me another in replacement of that one and I appreciated her customer service as she was not mad or upset but rather handled it in a great way! Thanks ?

Kid-friendliness: In a good mood and appreciated there service.

Been patronizing this place for 25 years. Never again. First in line at drive-thru with no customers inside. Three teen-age girls working (more like screwing around). Waited at the drive-thru looking in the window for about 10 minutes for a hot fudge sundae and mini blizzard. For close to 5 minutes I saw none of them making anything while the line was building. Then there were several treats made and handed over the counter inside. Finally got my treats which were half melted. Got home to find my blizzard had no flavor. Went back to complain and ask for a refund. Was told no refund and that they were out of Peach Cobbler for the blizzard. There were now 10 people inside and about 10 cars in the drive-thru. The idiot in charge gave me the personal phone number of the Manager whom I called immediately upon leaving. She will need to review the situation on Monday. I told her that if those girls worked for me, they'd be fired. A very sad reality with today's youth. No accountability, no concerns, and no compassion for the customer. Just attitude.
Manager should be ashamed.

The 2 blizzards I ordered were melted when they gave them to me at the drive-thru/pickup window. And not just a little melted, we're talking milkshake consistency. Not sure what happened or if there was a delay with the car in front of me, but it would have been nice if they offered to remake them. I ended up just throwing them away.

Never thought I’d write a bad review for a Diary Queen but waited here forever and then got served melted vanilla ice cream with almost nothing in it (when what I ordered was a blizzard). I told the woman at the window about it and the response was that’s just how we serve it. Anyway the comment section here speaks for itself. This is a really poorly managed location. Find the next closest DQ store and avoid this one.

I would give zero stars if I could. The ice cream is totally melted every single time. It’s basically soup. The lines are always incredibly slow. You’ll be waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes. The staff is incredibly rude, especially the owner. Ice cream was literally liquid so I asked for a new one and they literally rolled their eyes at me. Any good review within the last two years or so is obviously just someone that knows the owner. All the good reviews are fake. This place is total garbage

Every time we go to this location we get totally melted ice cream. No other locations are like this. I mean, ice cream is basically the only thing you do when you can’t even get that right. The service is absolutely horrible too. You will wait forever in line and they will give you horrible attitude if you ask for unmelted ice cream.
