It would be great to get some actual COFFEE not just ice to drink. Every time I say light ice, they always fill it to the top. I am basically paying $7 for ICE. I have never had this problem at any other Dunkin' when I ask for easy ice. Bad coffee = pissed off! Won’t go to this Dunkin again!

Ordered for delivery; my hash browns were somehow burnt as well as cold and soggy and the eggs on my sandwich were disintegrating and the texture of cottage cheese. Absolutely gross; would not recommend getting food.

The girl who always works the morning shift that makes the coffee always makes it absolutely perfect. Any coffe place is always a 50/50 shot, but it is guaranteed to be perfect on morning weekdays. I'm so sorry I don't know her name but she's the one with the bun. Hands down always the best coffee... hot and/or iced.

This Dunkin sucks, its dirty and the bathroom has used pads and tampons over flowing in it, my son used the boys restroom where there was a needle… needless to say I will purchase my donuts elsewhere literally anywhere but here and to top it off one of the girls double charged me and I understand mistakes happen but the manager menu did not help me. He offered me double donuts instead which is what I was technically charged for but I just wanted a refund . At this point jewel down the road has better coffee and bakery .

Service here is wildly inconsistent. I order a Medium Iced Cappuccino. During the week this cup is filled to the top with coffee but during the weekend I seem to always get stuck with service from people who could care less about providing a solid cup of coffee. Today was a disappointment when I know there are employees here who care about doing a good job.

This Dunkin' is hands down one of the best I've come across in a long time! The manager/owner is fantastic and genuinely cares about his customers. The service is always top-notch, and the staff is friendly and efficient! Today, I came in and it was very busy! But they make sure no one is ignored!
