The place had no wait. Our server was attentive. As a coffee/espresso lover, the hazelnut latte was amazing! The food was also great. I got the cinnamon so roll French toast. Wide selection on menu. Great price and amount of food. Excited to dine here again.

We went in as a group of seven on a Sunday around noon. It was a total whim, but it worked out very well. The service was excellent (both girls were so fun and sweet). The food was delicious too, a breakfast quesadilla is genius! The pancakes were light and fluffy too.

I stopped into Eggceptional Cafe, in Algonquin, today as I was craving a Breakfast Burrito … I have never been to this establishment, as I am fairly new to the area
I ordered the Beach Burrito and it was probably the BEST Breakfast Burrito I have ever had !!!
I will definitely go back !!!
Thank You !!!

The crepes were the best crepes I've ever had. They were also the first crepes I ever had. But it set the bar so high I don't think I'll be able to have an unbiased opinion about my taste in crepes.
We went for breakfast this morning 4 adults and 2 children. The Service was slow but not the worst. The food however was horrible! Every single order was served cold. There was no manager on duty but we gave our opinion to the waitress who seemed to have cared less! Her only remark was that there was only 1 cook. It was not all busy so that could not of been the reason! Definitely would not recommend!!!!!
Amazing omelets I wish more people knew about this gem
This cafe is a gem that offers not just a meal but a delightful experience. Highly recommend for anyone to start their day on a delicious note!

First, the food was delicious! It’s the only thing saving this place from shutting down. Needs new management and they need to train their staff better. There was a multitude of issues with our orders and getting the attention of a server, seems like this could all be fixed with the right manager. Management should be out on the floor during holidays to help support and train staff. The manager was nowhere to be seen. It’s unfortunate because whoever is cooking is doing a great job. I might come back during a slow time to get my expectations met.

I came to have breakfast for Mother's Day at this place and they kept us waiting for more than 10 minutes to take the drink order, looking at the time they took, when they brought the drinks we were able to order the food, they brought us the drinks 15 minutes min after ordering them separately they brought them incomplete, it took us another 45 min to bring the food, we asked to speak to the manager and the waitress said he was busy and wasn't going to come out. I was super upset and insisted on talking to the manager, he finally came out and said that the place was full for the day, I took my daughter to the bathroom on the other side of the place, it was empty. I will not return to this place again and much less recommend it.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD! They are the lowest-rated brunch location for a reason! This place is the worst brunch spot in Algonquin and the surrounding areas. The manager doesn't know how to prioritize wrong orders, the staff is highly untrained and it's a failure from the top down.My pickup order of 3 items took over an hour. The order came out wrong. I called to speak with the manager to correct and was told the manager would call me back. They ended up hanging up on me 3 times and my frustration has boiled over.I'll make sure I make enough noise to let others know why they should avoid this location so they don't have a similar experience. With competitive brunch breakfast places around the area, places like this deserve to close down.In direct comparison, after they refused to pickup my phone, I called their Bartlett location and the staff and manager were a 180 degree difference. Staff was very nice and the manager was very understanding about the ordeal and said they would take care of the issue by issuing a refund on the order today - simple things the Algonquin location failed at on every level. Promote the manager of Bartlett to oversea Algonquin. Staff in Algonquin needs to re-trained or changed out. Manager at Bartlett said they will have the owner Andy reach out to me.
