Firehouse Subs Lake in the Hills

Had the worst experience here, The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful he did not have a welcoming personality. The food was made very poorly as well i expected more considering all the good reviews this place has. I will not be returning i thought other people should be aware aswell..

The new owner has really done a fantastic job and the subs are so much better now. The previous owner was kind of scary...coughing while making food, dirty hands, etc. ..but the new owner is very careful about preparing your food and I'll certainly frequent the place now.

I had a horrible experience in this place with the new owner. He was the only one working. I waited for like almost 30 minutes for my sandwich the previous owner the sandwiches had more meat and they were bigger not good at all,very rude

Every since the new ownership this place has been more than exceptional! The manager, breaded guy (I think) is so kind and very professional. The food is always on point. Every time I've ordered the sandwiches were very well made & delicious. So many times whenever we have a bad experience somewhere we are pushed by our emotions to put energy into reporting a complaint. This firehouse merits a compliment for turning that restaurant around to what it is now. Great job folks! Congratulations.
