The new owner has really done a fantastic job and the subs are so much better now. The previous owner was kind of scary...coughing while making food, dirty hands, etc. ..but the new owner is very careful about preparing your food and I'll certainly frequent the place now.

I had a horrible experience in this place with the new owner. He was the only one working. I waited for like almost 30 minutes for my sandwich the previous owner the sandwiches had more meat and they were bigger not good at all,very rude

Every since the new ownership this place has been more than exceptional! The manager, breaded guy (I think) is so kind and very professional. The food is always on point. Every time I've ordered the sandwiches were very well made & delicious. So many times whenever we have a bad experience somewhere we are pushed by our emotions to put energy into reporting a complaint. This firehouse merits a compliment for turning that restaurant around to what it is now. Great job folks! Congratulations.

It had been quite awhile since we had been to a Firehouse location. We stopped in mid-afternoon and learned this unit was under new ownership. He was super helpful and we ordered the Hook & Ladder as well as the Turkey Bacon Ranch subs. Both were delicious with fresh, warm wheat bread (not toasted) and fresh ingredients. The place was clean and I’d encourage anyone to give it a try. When we are in the area, we will definitely be back!

The subs were just above okay, which is why 3 stars and not 2 stars. Then we have the sides… got the Mac and cheese and was not cheap. Unless you like cold and grainy cheese sauce, do not waste your money, especially if you like a cup that the bottom of the cup is not as n the bottom but is about 1/2 inch from the bottom. You can go to discount store and buy box and get much more bang for your buck. Also got the chicken and dumplings soup and was just okay and not good… our family of four did not finish either one. Overall food was okay and the staff was at best lukewarm, I can understand why couple locations have closed by our home.

My office has had Firehouse Subs catered in several times. Their customer service is amazing. While there are dozens of sandwich places around, given the choice, we will always choose Firehouse.

I'm not sure if it's this location or the franchise as a whole fell in the toilet. Ordered a steak and cheese and while the flavor was about a 5/10 the bread was borderline stale and fell apart. 1/10. Also, after 3 hours I've been hitting the bathroom every 30 minutes or so. This used to be so good with no dairy queen special...if you know what I mean.

First time customer. The restaurant was clearly without A/C on a very hot day. The first impression was a shabby bearded dude hovering over a little girl that looked to be doing work on a notepad. I don’t think the dude was a customer but he did nothing for my entire visit. The cashier was AWESOME she was very pleasant and was the most professional person in the building. I ordered a cheddar brisket sandwich. I didn’t realize they steam their sandwiches, my bad. The cook, again trying hard but completely rudderless had to call the lady sweeping over to confirm which bin was brisket?!? The brisket was absolutely not smoked for 16 hours like the website suggests. It was crock pot texture and pure liquid smoke. I asked for no mayo and got it, zero bbq sauce?!? I tapped out after a few bites and got Jersey Mikes.
