Ordered from this location through app by accident. Could not get ahold of them by Phone to cancel my order. I went in person And they lied to me saying there phones weren’t working because when I dialed them in person the phone was rung. Unprofessional service and Manager took no responsibility for their mismanagement

App user beware. If they cannot give you the food items you ordered via app and you request a refund, the only way to do so apparently is to void the entire order and charge it again.

Websites continually will not process my order saying the payment information is wrong, but the charges show up on my credit card so much that it got marked for fraud and I had to call the credit card company to explain. The employees are incapable of taking orders over the phone. Family was looking forward to Little Caesars two weeks in a row now and we had to order from somewhere where their business model wasn't complete garbage. Fix your website.

Listen, I don’t expect much from Little Caesars. I was craving a pizza and didn’t want an hour wait. At the very least I expect the pizza to be warm, not even HOT, warm. It was a cold pizza and I live 3 minutes away. Cold- so clearly not made within the last 30ish minutes if not longer. Both pizzas were also undercooked, which I find funny since they weren’t in the rush to make them as they just sat there for 30+ minutes. (Didn’t place an order a head, so no reason they would’ve been sitting there)

The food is good, my kids love it. But they don't take orders over the phone. For the past 2 months, I have been placing them with the app because they haven't been answering calls.
