I had to write this review. Today I picked up the yummiest order I’ve ever received at this location. I ordered pick up, curious bc I haven’t had this in years. It was delicious and had a great amount of the sauce. Super pleased.

Unfortunately there is visible mold all throughout the drink machine including the ice despenser. The remainder of the restaurant was in poor cleanliness. Please be cautious if you chance to eat here.

Food was very good. We order for delivery. However, the containers the food came in were awful. We used to get the food in all plastic containers and now they are using flimsy paper bowls that collapse and the food soaks into it. Not very appealing. Please go back to the original plastic food containers.

Expensive noodles with barely any sauce.

Noodles were severely lacking sauce to the point I thought they had forgotten it. Then realized the food was just old or something like it had sat under a heat lamp and all dried out. Which would make you think that it was at least hot, but nope, barely room temp. My partner ordered soup and got a tiny container that was only half filled. Hope the 5 cents you saved by ripping us off is worth the bad reviews and loss of sales, because we certainly aren't ordering again from this place. Remember when people used to at least care about doing their job well and had pride in making a product worth buying? Welcome to late stage capitalism.

Had the mac and cheese....the sauce was thin like chicken broth and sat in the bottom of the bowl. The Caesar salad was super tiny and lots of the lettuce was decaying. Quality issues at this store need to be addressed. However, the staff was very friendly.

Was there this evening. They had wet floor signs out, but that does no good when it’s a huge puddle on the floor you don’t see. Figured it was wet, but not a whole huge puddle. After I fell my kids were scared then realized I was ok. I work in the service industry so know what the signs mean, but not for a huge puddle. I said something to guy taking orders and a girl cook. They looked at me like I was crazy. Said something louder. A girl with a hat came out and was like oh wow, it is a big puddle. Said building manager is aware and they haven’t fixed it as it’s leaking from ceiling. Probably air conditioner. Said they need to be taking care of that. Put towels on floor or use buckets to collect water. Girl with hat was like do you need an ambulance? Couldn’t tell if she was being condescending or not. My hip, knee and back are sore. So we will see what happens in the am.

Used to love Noodles. It seems lately it's just more expensive, glorified Lean Cusine. Not much variety as on the past. However, the staff is very nice.

Almost 50 dollars for pot sickers that you can find in any Asian grocery store, a Wisconsin mac and cheese with parmesan crusted cheese that has no crust, and no cheese flavor, five dollar and seventy five cent garlic bread that you could make better at home or find in a grocery store. This was our first time and we are disappointed, really thought this would have been better from all the ads.
