Employees need to triple check the orders before handing them out. It is unacceptable that I have to get home and find out my order is incomplete.

I used to eat here about once a week. Sharon was a good manager and the Mac n Cheese used to be really good (about a year ago). Our most recent visit we ordered Mac n Cheese and it was plain noodles with some shredded cheese sprinkled on top. Not what we were expecting our kids were disappointed. Food has slowly dropped during the past year. Also food portions seem to be getting smaller and far less meat.

Its a shame I really used to like this place and now ill never buy from them again. I ordered my food online and it was to be ready at 9:45pm I got there before the doors were locked and walked in. I told them I was picking up and they very awkwardly said they had thrown my food in the TRASH. I was upset and asked for a refund which she said I would get 5 days later. I NEVER GOT IT. They threw my food in the trash and kept my money. Outrageous. Dont buy from this crap shack.

We go here occasionally and enjoy the food, they serve your food in plastic bowls now which was a disappointment.

September 21 2023 a new manager took over this location and changed the Mac and Cheese recipe (not sure if that was a corporate decision or his own). Now it’s just plain noodles with shredded cheddar cheese plopped on top. It’s objectively worse now. I even took the time to let the heat melt the cheese so I could mix it with noodles- still bad.

Workers seem to be incompetent and don't know how to put protein inside of take out orders. Let alone extra protein that you pay for. Never order take out from here.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The food is always good, but the pleasantness of the staff really makes this a great experience, especially when I bring my grandkids.

I have always been a major fan of Noodles and Company. I ate there multiple times a week during high school. I even had a few friends who worked there. These were the days when they offered the “Truffle Mac & Cheese”. Those days won’t ever return, sadly.I ordered my usual recently, as it has been a while since I last ordered. My usual is a Small Size Pad Thai. Remove nuts and cilantro. Add spinach and mushroom. Parmesan Chicken. Rice Krispy for dessert.I recently ordered and was floored to discover you no longer can get a “small” sized entree. This is apparently part of a test program run by Noodles Corporate. Now, you can only get the “large/regular” sized entrees. There are many times I don’t want a giant bowl of noodles. The “small” size was always perfect and hit the spot. Now, you’re talking $15+ for Pad Thai with Parmesan Chicken. As I expected, quality and quantity has tanked. You get very little protein for the price paid.Anytime I add anything to my Pad Thai, it’s a joke. Two-Three pieces of mushroom is insulting for the up charge. Same situation with the spinach. They’ve also become very strict on the sauce. There isn’t even enough to properly coat the Pad Thai. It’s clear to me that prices have climbed and quality has taken a fall. The only positive is you earn points/rewards FAST on their app. Also, they haven’t ruined the rice Krispy.I will still visit from time to time, or order it for delivery. However, at $15+ before tax and delivery means I will be ordering here much less often.I’m hoping they become less stingy with ingredients. Give people a fair serving of protein and any add-ons they requested. I’m also hoping the “Small” size is brought back.Kid-friendliness: Quality kids menu. Atmosphere is casual enough for behaved children.Parking: Free Strip-Mall Parking, Can be tough getting a spot.Dietary restrictions: They will make your order how you’d like it. Inquire about any allergens.

Ordered the Zoodles in garlic cream sauce and when it was delivered it was more like garlic water. Nothing was sticking to the zoodles or chicken. This should have never been served or delivered.
