Ordered delivery on the Pizza Hut app. Their delivery service is thru DoorDash. Paid the Pizza Hut delivery fee and a tip for the DoorDash driver. The DoorDash driver didn’t bring 1 item. DoorDash blames Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut blames DoorDash. So far no refund provided! Terrible customer service! I don’t recommend this place!

I ordered 3 pizzas on the app before closing. They were cold, hard and old! my kids were disappointed. I paid for pizza that they were unable to eat. I was promised refund by owner but he never kept his word. I will never order from Lake in the Hills Pizza Hut again! Terrible quality

This location is literally the WORST. They can't get an order right for the life of them. They skimp on ingredients. And the manager (the woman) used to be there to speak to and she would get very agitated and mean when you called with a wrong order. No one answers the phone. Not a soul at that store cares about quality or customer care. I'm serious..skip over this location.

Ordered delivery and it was delivered through door dash. Door dash didn’t have my 2L and they said they were not given the 2L. Tried to call the restaurant 5 different times and never got an answer. Based on the other reviews, this is not shocking for this location…. I know for the future to avoid this location and

Ordered an hour and a half before close and they took my card information and told me the pizza and other things I ordered would be delivered in “35 minutes” and noone ever showed or called. Waste of my time.
Worse service and pan pizza I’ve ever gotten from a Pizza Hut. They put plenty of toppings on but forgot to cook it all the way. Crust was half dough so I’m in the process of hopefully cooking it in my oven. The small cup for extra marinara that I paid for was only half full. So disappointing. Never going back! I took pictures but it doesn’t give the option here to post them. I never give reviews unless it’s an amazing experience or awful. Unfortunately it was awful.

Don’t order from this Pizza Hut. Their customer service is trash. They canceled your order and don’t notify you. And then the manager likes to tell you that it’s not her problem that your order did not get fulfilled. The employees are a hot mess and have no idea what they are doing. It is never done when it says it’s going to be done. Today is March 4. My pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:02 PM. I go in at 7:15 and go to get my order and she proceeds to tell me that she canceled a ton of orders because she was by herself and couldn’t fulfill her job. I asked why I wasn’t notified of the cancellation and she said that’s not her problem. Customer service should’ve notified me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with them and not being on time or not having my order. Very Unprofessional!

Very unprofessional and rude. I went in for a door dash order and the guy working just pointed towards the wall. I moved to see where and there was a fridge, I went ahead and went towards it but then he rudely started cursing me out under his breath.

Holy bad pizza. I mean it was terrible. And that's 'after having low expectations to start. I thought it would be cute to get a heart shaped pizza on Valentines Day for my 4 year old and I. I get that's it's Valentines Day and Friday night which can result in a lesser experience, but it didn't seem too busy when I picked it up. I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni bacon. There were 9 pepperoni's on it, and they were the little cup and char style. I'm guessing they sprinkled a tablespoon of chopped bacon on it. There was a time Pizza Hut was actually decent chain pizza. It is no longer that time. 0 stars for the pizza, 1 star because you have to give one.
