I wish I remembered the ladies name but she was working but she was working alone and killing it. She was taking in person orders, phone orders and online orders. Everything was amazing and made right. I had given up on pizza hut but this location is my new go to no matter what.
Food Poisoning ALERT!!Ordered on 3/8/2024 pizza, pasta and boneless wings.Arrived home served our plates.First bite of the boneless wing was raw!Literally pink and cold.Called the restaurant and spoke with Aaron the manager. “Do you want a refund or remake your order” was the first thing out of the manager’s mouth. Zero concern or professionalism with the food this restaurant is providing customers.Call was disconnected after I mentioned he had zero concerns for the food they are serving.Thanked the manager for refunding the order and he simply grunted.Avoid the pain and misery of food poisoning by not eating here.

This location is managed by bunch of morons. Ordered 3 pizzas for carry out. When I got there, they forgot to make one of the pizzas. 15 minutes later they got it done. When I got home I realized two were the same instead of being what I ordered. Employees need to focus on their job and stop smoking

Horrible horrible service food is awful literally no sauce on the pizza, pizza cold when I try to call to speak with someone no one answers! What kind of business is this!
Wish the would Give you an option for a small size pan pizza all they offer is a medium for pan pizzas in addition it was a hassle to pay for a 50+ dollar order with a 100$ bill which I get to a certain point but they had the change and it was all I had to pay with it didn't have to be such a big deal so close to the end of their day. Also the communication level was pretty off, they thought I said cheese sauce when I asked for ranch...not sure how that happened.

The pizza is pretty good (I recommend requesting light sauce) and the wings (I always go for the lemon pepper) are worth it but you're much better off picking up your food instead of having it delivered. The last 2 times my food was delivered each driver (both from DoorDash) were sent by their GPS almost a mile away from where I am. The address was correct on the receipts each time and I don't blame the drivers for their company-supplied tech not working but it doesn't change the fact of how annoying it is.
