Starbucks

Every time my husband and I go there are drinks are messed up. The employees are rude and our drinks are soaking wet. i don’t know how you mess up drinks that are on the menu, we don’t order extra stuff! This place is ridiculous, save your money. wouldn’t even want it to be remade by them that’s how bad the drinks are. it doesn’t even taste at all how it’s supposed to taste.

Taylor that works there is so RUDE!!! Such a flat affect, no smile to face of this store!!! Multiple days I have encountered her negative attitude as if she doesn’t want to be working there.. it’s frustrating as if us customers have done something to her.. there’s no “thank you pull
Up” there was no “thank you have a good day” its frustrating as I wish there was a Starbucks on the route to my job bc I would definitely not spend my time there.. everyone else that works there is always so friendly and welcoming but every time Taylor is in that window ( the one w the 6yo pig tails always in her hair ).. it is never welcoming nor respectful as a customer, just avoid putting her in drive thru or interacting w customers at this point, ridiculously rude; unfriendly.

What does "No Foam" and "N Room" mean? Neither! Time to go somewhere that listens!

Not sure what has happened to the baristas in this location, but it's been pretty disappointing to pay almost $9 for a venti shaken espresso with cold foam, to get this. It's not even their cold foam, it's just foam. I get this drink about every other day and I have noticed the flavor is not including the two extra shots I'm paying for either! I literally only took one small sip from this and then after 5 minutes and the bubbles settle, you basically get a grande size for the price of venti. Do better Starbucks, we're already making a choice to spend the money, at least you could hold up your end of the bargain by giving us what we ask for.

We just ordered late, macchiato and honey citrus mint tea. Guys, in general are you familiar with the recipe?

The left is all peach juice. All the workers are musty, smelly, and ugly. I feel like when I am going to a place the workers should be good looking. This is insane. Why are all the workers rude, and wear pride shirts. Like not everyone supports pride, buddy.

It has to be about 2 months (intermittent) that their coffee maker has been broken. WTH!?! Why wouldn't a manager or owner figure out an alternative??? Or get corporate involved? Just horrible! You don't know that a coffee shop doesn't have (hot) coffee until you have cut across traffic and waited in line at the drivethru just to find this out. I feel like this is a study to find out if Starbucks can survive without making coffee.Wake up and smell the coffee Starbucks! (You have to be able to make some first)

The staff was very kind and helpful. However, management made them get rid of the rubber ducks in their window. Seems like poor managment to me.

This starbucks is above and beyond drinks are always perfect, Jessica and her crew is above and beyond , always clean and polite. Only come to this starbucks when i am in town every month ,Love this starbucks .
