This was my first time going to a Steak ‘n Shake. I really was impressed by the ordering method if doing it on the screen inside. The inside of the restaurant is nicely clean. The old fashion theme is really nice too. I got the triple steak burger. Dyammm, It fills you up! If you want to easy a lot, go here! The fries were also good but the cheese on top could have been a bit hotter. Overall, not a bad place to stop by, or even before you go to the movies!

I reviewed this location a few years back but it appears my review was deleted. I went in on a weekday afternoon and was appalled by what I witnessed. An elderly man ordered a burger and upon receiving his sandwich he politely asked for employee to remake it because it was the wrong order and the employee was not wearing gloves (which he also pointed out). The employee started yelling at the customer saying “he can’t tell him what the ——to do !” and the manager got involved and continued to escalate the situation by yelling insults at the customer. The customer said he wouldn’t pay for the food and the manager said, “I’m going to make you pay for this blanking food or I’m calling the cops .” The customer at this point was recording the incident and employees (who were already on their phones for some reason and Also not wearing gloves while prepping food) were also recording it. The manager told the man it was illegal to record in the restaurant (fyi it’s not) and employees were continuing to lunge over the counter yell, “fight, fight’” and obscenities at the customer while the police were outside. I felt incredibly unsafe and disgusted by the situation; so much so that I called Steak ‘n Shake corporate and filed a formal complain against this location. As a former fast food employee I would never dream of acting this way in the workplace, treating customers with extreme disrespect and having a manager condone and encourage the behavior. They should all be fired.

I have loved eating at Steak n' Shake restaurants since I was a kid. This location is great. I ordered chicken fingers with ranch dressing and fries with cheese sauce on the side. Their milkshakes are out of this world and hand-mixed. The food was incredible, the staff was very helpful and curtious, and the restaurant was very clean. They have both booth style and regular tables. Their parking lot is spacious. Even going through the drive-thru in the past has been a positive experience for me. I encourage more people to check out any Steak n' Shake, but especially this location. I even got a free shake with my next order after 4pm, by just filling out an online survey about my experience. Clearly, they care about good service every time.
Parking: There is a spacious parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at this location to get up to the door. There are two front doors to go through, though, so keep that in mind.

Yum! Fast, delicious, and hot from the drive thru.
The evenings we went were never busy. Manager was very attentive and friendly. He was very quick to fix any issues that came up which was seldom. My kids (7 and 5) really enjoy coming here also.
Not many of them that i have been to want to take your order. This one would rather us place order with them over the kiosk. Whitch honestly, I would rather have that over the computer. Just wish they would bring back the servers.
