What happened to Taco Bell? This used to be my favorite place to go to when I was in college. Now the desk is replaced by a order kiosk which I mean I was able to make some long lost items deleted years ago, but even the kiosk sucks.Didn't help that after I placed my order I didn't get a receipt, and then waited almost 25 minutes for the food. We watched the drive thru line empty twice and sit empty for 5-10 min. Before our food finally showed up. People there before us still hadn't received their food when I got mine. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because my food was hot and good. Otherwise like the other location I went to a few weeks back, this visit sucked.I get that yeah it was Easter the day I went, but you had 6-8 visible people in the kitchen and nothing was happening. That's a problem. I used to come to this location all the time and it was amazing. If this is the speed for every order now going forward I could never take a lunch here from work.Vegetarian options: Kiosk lets you customize if you want meat or not on any item. Literally one of the only good features of the kiosk.Dietary restrictions: The kiosk lets you modify almost every aspect of every item. The only good thing about the kiosk.

Pretty good Taco Bell. They have only gone up from here. They never skimp on the quantity of foods, and I always sub my items from beef to beans and they never made a mistake as I come here often. The workers work hard and even when this place is super busy they still deliver top quality food and service.

Placed an online order and when I got there I asked for the new salsa verde and the braindead girl goes “we can’t sell it yet” no, moron, you aren’t selling it. It’s a sauce packet. You have them available in the online app! Honestly if you can’t even do your job at Taco Bell why are you even here? Just give up!

Rude workers. I naturally have a loud voice and the worker said "you don't have to yell" then the manager said that I need to be more respectful to the employees cuz I was yelling. I was not even yelling, that's just my voice. The food is also made very low quality. Come to any other location, just not here

I ordered via doordash. We wanted something quick while watching a movie with the family. Taco Bell is typically not my go to, but for some reason the taste buds were calling. WORST Taco bell experience ever. The tacos and burritos were ok. The crunch wrap was ok. BUT THE TORTILLA CHIPS WERE RANCID!!! The smell and taste stuck with you through out the rest of the meal. Safe to say we won't be ordering taco bell anytime soon! GROSS.Vegetarian options: ok

I have lived in many places and have traveled to many Taco Bell’s in the US. I have gone to a lot of mediocre Taco Bell’s- if you love the Bell like I do then you know what a bad Tbell looks like.This Taco Bell has always been the highest quality in every category for the past 27 years I’ve been coming here.Best Taco Bell in the world.

Stopped for a box of tacos, and all the employees worked with excellent teamworkI received my order quickly and my family enjoyed their meal.
I wish the food looked like the pictures up above. You are lucky to see the meat in your tacos let alone taste anything. I think they us a number two pencil as a training example on how much meat to use on each taco.!!

Fast service. You can order from the two kiosks. I ordered the deluxe cravings box plus 1 beefy melt burrito. Deluxe cravings box comes with nacho fries, chalupa chicken supreme, beefy 5 layer burrito, nacho cheese doritos, and fountain drink. Everything was good. Chicken in chalupa could have been cooked a little bit longer.
