What a cool spot! I didn't know this place was here! Was looking for a quick smoothie fix, and stopped on in. Very large inside, too bad there wasn't more people here. This place should be packed! Smoothie was GREAT. I had a coffee one, and it was exactly as I expected. The wife had a strawberry, banana, and pineapple one - and it was REALLY good. It wasnt overly sweet (you can tell they dont add a bunch of sugar to this, and its just natural fruit. It had such a fresh, refreshing light taste, we both loved it). Our son (4 years old) had a strawberry banana one, and he drank all of it! Cool little spot, pricing was fine. We got massive smoothies and a kid's smoothie for the little one. Was $20, I think? Will likely be back! They also have a drive through which is awesome and convenient. Friendly staff. A+

Place is ok for shakes, but wraps are nasty. You can do better at home. Also, person taking the order seemed "slow". We had to repeat several times, but that's ok. The wrap was just nasty.

I ordered the Thai chicken wrap and it came with very little sauce and spoiled cilantro. I couldn’t eat much of it because the cilantro was disintegrating and mushy. We also had a bbq chicken wrap and two smoothies which were average.

First time visiting this location, staff was friendly decently priced smoothies for the size. I used the bathroom and I kid you not every wall in there spotless I’ve never seen a bathroom so clean great job to the young ladies in there!

Service here is always horrible. Every time I go through the drive thru even if there is nobody in like i'm always waiting 10+ minutes. Not to mention half the time the smoothies don't even taste right. Waited over 5 mins for my pickup order and my blimey limey and my boyfriends tasted horrible. Very disappointing

I have visited this establishment before & will not be returning to the Lake in the Hills location. They supposedly use fresh foods in their menu and smoothies! Clearly, by the photo they do not. And the Caesar salad we ordered had no dressing.I called to talk w/a supervisor about the issue & lady who answered was rude & left me on hold long enough for me to hangup and call back. Then her entire tone changed & was apologetic.This franchise lacks any sort of customer service training and restaurant etiquette.
