I waited 20 minuets in the drive through for 8 sliders and 2 French fries. What the heck. And they overflowed my drink so it was covered and sticky! Absolutely not a good experience, very sad day in America. UPDATE, THE COKE TASTE LIKE TONIC WATER! ABSOLUTELY DUMB. YOU CAN CLEARY SEE THE POP COMING OUT CLEAR WHEN ITS OUT AND THEY DIDN'T CARE!

Very nice. We have been doing White Castle for the last 6 or 7 years for Valentines Day! Not your typical romantic restaurant, but very appropriate for a fun experience out! You don't need to spend a lot of money to have a good time.

Perfect irreverent VD experience (pun intended). Algonquin IL location is new and well maintained. Remember White Castle only does table service once / year and the servers are high school kids who have probably never served a table before. Even so our dinner was prompt, hot and tasty. Our reservation was early, so I think our table was server Matthew's first table ever. He forgot a couple of things but quickly got the hang of it and did great. We were happy to accommodate him and tipped generously. The manager was also very nice, offering to take pics of the couples on the way out. We've done this a few times and usually take a single person with us so they are celebrated too.

25 mins in the drive thru line with only 4 cars in front of me. This shit has been going on for years!!! Close the damn store if you cannot find competent employees!!! I've been eating white castle for 50 freaking years. This location ranks #1 in slow ass service!!!

They literally have the front door locked facing Randall Road, so EVRYONE'S first experience is trying to open a door that won't open. Pathetic. Some side door is open to walk in. I noticed the workers hear people pulling on the door that won't open and they continue doing a great job at their role. I'm not sure who or how deep management goes on locking the front door all day to go in, but having the main door locked is bad for giving a welcoming vibe, financial growth, and basic common sense running a business.
I pulled the door and got back in my car. After a phone call before I drove, I saw another person pull the door and walk.
Either this is a money laundry pit, or they have the dumbest upper management but great on the ground workers.

If an order in the drive thru is going to take 15 mins, please communicate that upfront to customers. Good communication goes a long way. On a positive note the manager said he would refund my order. I will see if it posts in a couple days.
