The worst drive thru ever!Took 10 minutes before staff can answer or questions on microphone, and waited 10 minutes for my food at pick up windows. There were only 3 cars lined up including me.

This place is a joke. Walked in at lunch. There were three people behind the counter that didn't acknowledge us. We ended up leaving after 5 minutes of being ignored. And the bathroom has not been cleaned since1984

One of the workers, her names maria i’m pretty sure, was taking my payment and was incredibly snarky and rude, she slammed the window in my face after i asked for more napkins, and then refused to give me more than 2 honey mustards. don’t come here you will get bad big back service …

I ordered ahead online and they still got my entire order wrong and wasn’t ready after a fifteen minute wait in the drive thru. staff is very nice but idk how they all consistently get things wrong. not even my soda was right.

Never had an issue til today. I ordered the #1 combo. Got the drink and fries BUT only got 2 out of the 4 sliders. The 2 sliders weren't even cheeseburgers either, they were 2 chicken sliders. Very disappointed today.

Called in a large order 2 hours in advance for a specific pickup time. However when we arrived they had yet to even start making the order. Felt bad for the folks behind us who had to then wait 15 minutes in the drive through for them to complete our order.

Special Valentine's White Castle Event was awesome!!We made our reservations through Open Table and it was a fun night at the Love Castle ! Tableside service and pretty decor! The ladies there greeting and hosting were so fun and the staff in back were busy preparing the food. I would go next year !

We got there 20 mins before our reservation time. There were 4 couples in front of us. We were waiting in line when the manager said to everyone “it doesn't matter if you have reservations, everyone is going to have to wait and it's first come first serve”. After that was said we walked out and went through the drive-through. Very unorganized and unprofessional. While waiting in the drive-through the manager came out and followed a customer to their car accusing them of not paying but they did. Horrible experience for sure.
