My kids love Yumz! They like to mix and match various types of yogurt flavors and a whole bunch of toppings filled up

Disappointed by flavor choices. Might try again in the future.

It always feels a little unclean, a little sticky, a little dated and the staff is rarely happy to be here but the froyo is good so it's worth it

Ok, not the best frozen treat, selfserve means you get what you want, but the froyo I wanted wasn't fully frozen, would have made a better shake.

The girls there right now at 8:30 we're extremely rude. The experience started with not a single hello or hi or welcome in. No none of that. Then both of the girls were staring at us while we tried to poor our condiments onto our cups. One of the boys I was with did not want any frozen yogurt and as we have before he grabbed a cup and just got gummies. However one of the girls responded very rudely with he can't do that, he has to serve himself yogurt. I've been coming here for years and have always done that and now all of a sudden I couldn't. But whatever I had he put one drop of frozen yogurt on the side and went on with it. As we were waiting for them to come up to the cash register he grabbed one gummy bear and she rudely raised her voice at him to not eat the candy. First of since when is it okay for an employee to raise their voice at someone else's child. Second off she acted like a gummy bear was going to cost so much. He's a child who was excited to eat his snack and instead of a happy experience he was yelled at by a teenager. Third thing to go wrong was with the younger child with me who was also excited about ice cream but was asked to keep quiet inside. If I can't bring children in to this location please make it known before the children get yelled at and asked to keep quiet and made to feel unwelcomed by your employees. They are children and they will behave like children and if there is discipline needed leave it up to the parents! Never will I come to this location again.

I was just in Yumz and how rude they were! I just can't believe it! I ordered my ice cream sat down and the girl says, “we're closing!” With an attitude! I said, “So we have to leave?” She said, “YES!” I barely touched my ice cream! There was also another family eating that also couldn't believe it! How much trouble would it have been to let us eat while they cleaned up? I also work in the customer service industry and if a customer comes in and sits down and orders a few min before we close we work around them! Not only that but we don't rush them nor tell them they have to leave! These kids now a days need more customer service training!! Or just more manners!!

We've been long-time customers of the Lake in the Hills Yumz so we're familiar with the different flavors. Today, we picked up five frozen yogurts with different flavors. Once we got home, we noticed that our yogurts had a metallic aftertaste and it's still lingering. We weren't sure if it was soap residue or a more serious problem. We called the store to let them know and they kindly offered a replacement but they also acknowledged that they didn't notice the same issue we were experiencing. We weren't interested in repeating the same thing again so we politely declined their offer. Hopefully this was isolated.

Had to wait for somebody from the back to get off there cellphone and give dirty looks and 2 girls were working on Saturday December 8th very rude and very poor attitude. People like that shouldn't be working at a place like this! Very unprofessional!
