Is this food made for human consumption? I'm not sure if dog would even eat it. Employees can't get your order right even reading it off their screen. Ordered a double quarter pounder got a single so dry that I coughed dust afterwards. My wife got a fish and they didn't even put tartar sauce on it. Fries were hard and cold. The only thing they got right was 2 pies. Had to wait in line at the drive thru for someone with a big order. Instead of having them pull over into one of the spaces to wait their employees chose to make everyone behind wait because they are too lazy to walk an order outside. I haven't been to a McDonald's for a couple of years, now I remember why. And their employees want $16 an hour? NEWS FLASH: Head french fry cook is NOT a career choice!

The entire staff communicates exclusively in Spanish among themselves, leaving customers unable to understand the interactions. Additionally, the night shift manager, Maria, exhibits rude behavior and appears to lack the qualifications necessary for a managerial role. She demonstrates an inability to de-escalate situations effectively. In my experience, she mishandled my order and responded dismissively to my follow-up inquiry with, 'What do you want?' After I had paid for my order, no apologies were offered, and she showed indifference to whether I chose to order food there or elsewhere.

I bought Krispy Kreme donuts here 12/26/24. They were extremely stale - probably left over from the morning of Christmas Eve.
I went to order and the lady handed me a random order and tried starting a fight with me cause of her own mistake super rude service

Per the app, this was the only location open on Thanksgiving, God for id toddler can't have McDonald's on a holiday. Went to the location only to see it overcrowded with cars waiting for orders, changed pickup from drive thru to pickup at the counter, door is locked, holiday hours say closed Thanksgiving on the door, no one inside. App states you can't cancel the order and can only get refunded by the store. Since the store is closed, and previous reviews state management sucks and never gives refunds, I'll just dispute it with my bank and make sure to never use this location again. Feel bad for all the people waiting there for nothing's since management can't make a simple update on the system to show the store is actually closed.
