Great drinks and servers even very kind. But need a better system for when you have someone indecisive or being super picky (sorry stinks for your team) but watched as multiple cars in the other lane arrived after order and get their drinks before I could be served due to the person in front of me, car full, multiple drinks asking so many questions, then sending back drinks. Feel for the employees but unnecessary impact to my order.

Literally the worst 7 brew ever, I waited in line for over 30min just for the girl with glasses and blue strand to give me the worst attitude ever and then gave me the wrong drinks. Rather go to round lake best customer service.

We always come here and love it but the last two visits👎 The baristas had attitudes. It was not like this before. In line right now. We were missing one drink out of our order. Its no big deal so we order again with a different person. Attitude again!! Everyone was so nice when it first opened up. What happened. We love 7brew but maybe next time I'll just go to a different location.
Stopped by for the second time this week.Shows they open at 5:30am. Stopped at 6:15 and it was closed. Workers were in the cars parked in the back. Update hours or get workers that show up on time.

They seem unable to manage their traffic safely and effectively. They keep placing traffic cones to block their traffic from building up along the service road, where cars would turn right into the drive thru, and instead force cars to line up along the actual road, face a blind corner with stopped traffic, and then make a left turn. Not to mention that cars that are passing through will drive in the oncoming lane and pose a hazard because you can turn left into them if you're not looking out for them silently passing the stopped traffic. The line was literally out to the traffic light, preventing anyone else from turning right off of rt 12. This is not safe nor sustainable. The coffee and drinks are nice, but there are going to be accidents here if they don't change something.

If I could I would give this stand zero stars. I have been to other 7 Brews that are very efficient and move their line quickly. This stand does a very poor job at that. The line nearly goes out to the main road and you wait in line for nearly 45 minutes before even getting your order taken. The workers are also not very friendly and talkative as other stands.
