Ordered a milkshake. It was really just milk with some peanut butter at the bottom. By far the worst milkshake I have had. Other Baskin Robbins locations have made much better ones.

Very few actual ice cream flavors and none of what we selected from the website. I'm not sure how they can be considered part of the franchise. Several years ago, they didnt want to sell ne donuts. I won't be going back. DQ is open until 11:00 and just a few blocks away.

I'm really upset with these people, we order for my daughter's birthday a week in advance. The the day we go pick it up, they didn't have my cake, it was in another store 20 minutes away! Why would I drive 40 minutes when I order the cake from right next to my house! Now I have no cake for my daughter's birthday

First time trying them since the remodel, I wish I wouldn't of. I always order a cappuccino blast. I was shocked to hear 8.37 for a med. I live in the city. Its 7 bucks down the block from me. And downtown Chicago about 10. Why is lake zurich so expensive? I'll stick to grabbing dunkin in the city since it's cheaper lol ***Edit*** After grabbing from a few from city I'll gladly pay the buck more. Best one I've had in years! Definitely will be back.

We enjoyed our ice cream in this beautifully decorated shop. Up to date registers keep it hip. We will return.
