Being from southern part of the state, Casey’s has always been a local favorite! I was so excited to have one finally open near us up here, and so close! I’m surprised they aren’t busier maybe, but that’s ok! I don’t mind having this hidden gem to myself! Maybe people just don’t know what delicious food awaits….If you’ve never tried their pizza, you’re missing out! I’ve always loved their breakfast pizza, but we’ve recently been getting larger specialty pizzas for dinner! They have not disappointed! When picking up, this pizza was HEAVY! Hearty, fresh, flavorful and affordable without sacrificing taste. Such a good deal and very filling! The ham & pineapple pizza is delicious!! Guess the secret is out now! It’s more than a gas station. Their coffee and donuts are great too!!The staff is always so friendly and helpful and being a “rewards member” I get to enjoy perks and coupons, so highly recommend checking their app out!

I purchased a medium size drink for a dollar and forty cents and paid with a $50 dollar bill. The cashier must’ve thought I was born yesterday as she only gave me back $44. When I mentioned this to her she suggested the bills were stuck together then as I mentioned I was short $3 dollars she corrected me and said no you’re short $4. Weird how she knew how much I was short but she couldn’t count right the first time. Her supervisor was working behind her with no input. Play with your momma don’t play with me.

I often shop at the Lake Zurich location and thoroughly enjoy the food and hospitality. I work at UPS in Palatine and David and Amber make my morning. On the weekends when I have more time I would like to order pizza to go. The pizza on Saturdays leaves something to be desired. Some improvement in food preparation care on Saturdays would be appreciated.

This was my first time ordering from Casey’s. Dave went above and beyond with my pizza order. DoorDash didn’t show up in time to deliver my pizza, and I was out of the house already so he offered to bring it to my car for me if I picked up. As a mom of 3 kids this is immensely helpful. Reasonable price for such a large pizza and cheesy bread was great! We’ll be back! Thank you!

The location at Rand and Ela in Lake Zurich IL has only been open for a few months but the place is disgusting. All of the pumpside garbage cans were overflowing and none of the 8 squeegees had any cleaning fluid in their hoppers. This was around noon in mid February when road salt/spray is prevalent. Won't be back as there plenty of other stations in the area.
I visited the Casey's in Lake Zurich, IL for the first time and I won't be back. On the shelf, it advertised Casey's chips for $1 a bag. I picked up 3 bags and proceeded to the register. A bald, stocky man in his 50's rang up my chips and told me it was $5.02. I told him that that did not make sense because they were $1 a bag. He told me that it was $1.99 for the first and the second was $1 and the 3rd was $1.99. I told him that that was not the advertised price and I asked if I could show him. He told me that he could not leave because there was someone behind me then "Ok I will give it to you for $4." I said "No. I just want to pay the advertised price. Take the lady behind me and I will go take a picture." I came back and waited my turn but he called me forward. I showed him the picture and he said he did not know why the shelf says $1. He got huffy and was like "fine $3" and his tone made it sound like I was being unreasonable and he was doing me some huge favor. I took out my debit card and he said "Oh. You are not paying cash? Forget it. I can't do it then." I told him I wouldn't be back. He sarcastically told me to have a nice day.

I just received the worst car wash I have ever paid $11 for. It left a film of grime on my car and the water used to rinse it was filthy. The water that was still on the car after driving through the blower left horrible stains on the car. I had to wipe the entire car down with a succession of three rags, to the get the grime off, once I got back into my garage. Never had worse.

Competitive gas prices. Zero customer service. Car wash works sometimes. Can't get a car wash around 3am.Last time I got a car wash it did not work right. Left my car with spots. Did not do what I paid for. Have used car wash before and when working right it does a good job.People behind the counter seem to care less. Act like your bothering them just walking in.
