I've been visiting the Burger King in Lake Zurich, Illinois for four years now. It's a very welcoming place with a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended, and the staff is very friendly.

It's Burger King, ok, not going to win a James Beard award any time soon. But when you crave it, you gotta have it. I was here last night around 9:30pm and let me say, this is about as perfect as it could get. Rings fried perfectly, and HOT right out of the fryer. Same with my whopper - nice hot patty and cool crisp fixings, assembled very neatly. Topped it with an oreo shake. Best BK experience for miles and a perfect late night food fix.

I ate a burger and it was grand. The whopper smacked me in the face like the Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fight, only more exciting. The bun was as soft as Bob Ross's afro. It was a great meal

The food is disgusting and absolutely not fresh, my sandwich was like days old and just warmed up in a microwave. I definitely am going to drive further to a different BK for fresh food.

Tonight I ordered the usual two whoppers with no onions the drive thru. It took much longer than usually and they charged my credit card $15.10. the cashier crumpled up the receipt and threw it away right in front of me. I asked specifically for a receipt. The cashier said the machine was frozen. I said I need a receipt because the total was $2 more than usual. He pulled $2.16 cash out of the register and handed it to me apologizing. I never got a receipt and have no idea what they were trying to get me to pay for because there were only my two whoppers in the bag they handed me, so this means they were over charging intentionally.

The last two times I went to this particular location I've had food poisoning. The first time I wasn't sure whether or not it was because I ate here but then I gave it another shot and I had the same exact symptoms. Never going here again.

My wife and I went for breakfast this morning and we were going to order through the app. We had a question so I walked up to the counter to ask but I was ignored for several minutes. They only had one employee taking orders and she spent her time at the drive through and ignored me. We ended up walking out and went across the street to McDonald’s where the service at the counter was much better. We will not go back to this Burger King again.
This place has the rudest employees. If you don't want to buy 2 cookies or make a charity donation they will basically throw your food at you and shut the windows in your face. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

I usually don’t write reviews but this visit was very disappointing. My first time at this location and my last. Waited for 10+minutes by the register NO ONE SAID HI/WELCOME/ OR WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY. Nothing !! They never acknowledged me as the customer or the customers behind me who were also waiting and didn’t get a “welcome in“. No one ended up coming to take my order so i left.

The employees here ignore customers who walk into the restaurant and try to order at the counter. Several employees noticed us but there was no greeting, not even a tacit acknowledgement of our presence, and no service whatsoever. No eye contact and not one word. If counter service isn't available then they should lock the doors and post a sign that says drivethrough only. I bury the bar for fast food. BK has found a way under it with this weird, dysfunctional operation.
