When you order a pan fried noodles dish, you expect a pan fried noodles dish. Instead I opened my order to find a bag of those dried noodles. Highly disappointed. Please serve real pan fried noodles or explain you get dry noodles that come in a bag on your menu. Overall the remainder of the food was alright.

Food was good but call. Do not order online. The time estimates online are off by. 40 min.

Green Garden is the best most authentic food in town!! The portions are great and the staff is so friendly. My family has been going here for years and I've never been disappointed. Hats off to Chef Bo and all of the staff!!

The food was delicious! Full of flavor! ? when the food was brought to our table it was presented well. ? We had Vegetable Fried Rice, Beef Egg Foo Young, and General Toa Chicken. The staff was friendly and very attentive at the right moments. We will definitely dine there again! ?

Very bad consumer service. Today is my wedding anniversary, so the order was for more than one hundred dollars. When my husband went to picking up our order, it was nicely packed, so he did not look inside. When we opened it at home the part of order was missing. I called there, but hear back that they cannot do nothing for us. So our anniversary dinner ended up with homemade rice and stir-fry.Please, please, please, check your ordered items before picking them up.

I've been thinking about trying this place ever since I saw a few people rave about it in a community group. It was way better than I was expecting everything tasted freshly made not overly greasy I've been in the area for 10 years and have tried almost every Chinese place and nothing could beat our fave that was 25 min away I think this place definitely does! We tried Kung pao chicken, chicken and broccoli, crab Rangoon, fried rice & sweet and sour chicken everything was delicious and we almost didn't have any leftovers will definitely be back!

Everything was delicious!! Excellent service and the Mongolian beef was one of my faves that I've had! There are so many good options. Ate so much that we had nothing to bring home!

Completely disappointed in our entire order last night. Egg rolls, crispy shrimp, bo bo beef, and shrimp fried rice. Nothing was really that good. Maybe would have been better if we ate it fresh than picked it up? Maybe it sat too long? I don't know. I ate half an egg roll and a couple shrimp with noodles but threw out the rest. Hubby ate the beef but didn't love it. Last time we ate here was last December and I remember it being decent. This time, not so much

If you've been searching for the true #1 Chinese food in the Chicago 'burbs, look no further. Very few restaurants make my favorite dish (dried chili chicken/chongking chicken), so when I was exploring the lovely Lake Zurich area and browsed through Chef Bo's menu, I caved. Not only did the meal not disappoint, but the crunchy factor and peppercorn party in my mouth was unreal. Dining in, the staff were smiley and friendly, and you can tell the secret is out, because they were getting plenty of phone orders left and right. I am so ecstatic to have found the GG...so much so that the highlight of my Saturday will be making my way back there again tonight. This place is an absolute blessing; you can't not go!

Great food, terrible customer service. Picked up a Togo order and was waiting in line when a gentleman walked in and went to counter in front of me to get his order. I told the restaurant cashier I was actually waiting first and he proceeded to pretend he didn't understand me and checked the other gentleman out before me when he clearly saw I was standing next in line. Very disappointing

My friend is Chinese and lives in Chinatown but works Buffalo Grove. Most places in the burbs we tried just not happy compared to food in Chinatown until we discover Chef Bo's Green Garden. Not Chinatown level Chinese but best we've tried in burbs. We're regulars and never disappoints. My fav is the Crispy garlic shrimp. I recommend giving them a try as prices reasonable and nice people!

Most horrible Chinese food we have ever had! Everything is overly breaded even mongolian beef, oversalted dry and simply not tasty. They used to have really good food. Chef must have changed. Very disappointed! Do not recommend. Photo I posted is of what's supposed to be basil garlic chicken dish. Gross!

Very good, standard Chinese food. We especially like the Moo Shu Chicken.Their Fried Rice is great, too. They will pack your food in traditional paper boxes instead of hard plastic, but only if you ask. I wish they would just offer paper as an option.

My wife and I were on a quest to find Great Chinese in Lake County. Some people on NextDoor recommended this place. Ugh, I'll never use NextDoor for recommendations again. If you like oily food that tastes like it was supplied by Sysco/Gordon/US Foods -- this place is for you. -- We Won't be Back --
