This was our first visit to this Dairy Queen location as we were passing through for work. My husband and I each ordered a blizzard in the drive-through. They were delicious and prepared correctly. The staff member we talked with was very friendly, and the drive-through line moved very quickly. We also really liked that no employees were outside smoking because that always lowers our opinion of the cleanliness of restaurants. We decided to sit in the car in the parking lot to eat them because the roofs over the parking areas provided shade on that sunny day. We would definitely visit again whenever we're passing through and want ice cream.

Half way through my blizzard I found a big, black hair. Beyond disgusting. When I took it back to the window, the response I got from the girl working was “well that’s weird. Should I remake it?” Zero apology was made. Another worker gave me sass that it “wasn’t nice” when I called the blizzard gross. Give me a break.

Women’s bathroom was out of order so the only options was the men’s. Absolutely disgusting 🤮 completely lost the desire to eat my ice cream. Tossed it into the trash. Is this the same bathroom the employees use? Do better Dairy Queen

I ordered the cotton candy blizzard with extra of the Cotten candy sauce but I received the confetti cake blizzard. I was really looking forward to have the cotton candy blizzard🙁

People working there are nice...prices are up of course but again what isn't. Have good deals on their app. Lots of free parking and glad there is a DQ near me.

I come here for a cupcake all the time and love it! Even if they didn’t have any frozen they would always offer to make one for me which was really sweet. This past time I went they told me they didn’t have any cupcakes. We asked if they could make only one and they said no :( Maybe their policies changed but idk, the person taking the order gave no explanation
Even 1 star is a stretch for this place. There’s a manager there whose name is supposedly Vernon. And man that guy has got to be the most rude disrespectful manager I have ever come across. Both my blizzards were made wrong and he personally challenged me saying he was there and it was made correctly and then proceeded to blame me for the wrong order! He also withheld information when I asked for who the assistant manager is because I wanted to speak with him the next day. He called me rude after I got upset after all his accusations. He then told me in a Loud and annoyed voice that he will remake my 1 blizzard if I come back within a week. I hung up on him even before he could finish.Totally unacceptable behavior! I will be calling corporate about this guy.

The girl working on 10/12/24 at closing time was AMAZING. she deserves a raise. The place was swamped and she was the only one taking orders and making them. She dealt so well with everything. You could see the stress on her face, but she made everything perfectly and even apologized for the wait, which we didn't even care about because SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING. She was a gem.
