Tonight 12/17/23 we went to the Dairy Queen and had horrible service this is the 4th time it’s happened 3 times we received the wrong order and tonight we ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes and a blizzard we were asked if we wanted whipped cream and nuts that they didn’t put on and the ice cream in the blizzard's machine had to be changed our sundaes were melting and were small not large last time I’ll be visiting that location

This place is horrible! The people who work here are spoiled brats that don’t know how to leave their egos at the door! Every single one of them should be fired and replaced with new employees including the managers! Imagine being so down bad in life that you have to make ice cream daily for your job ? get a REAL JOB!

I love this location. I wouldn't say they're perfect, but they're ok for me if I average my overall visit so far. There are times that my toppings are not mixed well, but I can only count these instances with my fingers. Most of the time, everything are as expected.I don't like to talk much or stare at people, but there is this older man here. I usually order late and more than half of my visit he is there. Too bad I didn't know his name, i don't recall him smiling or overzealous, but he doesn't need to. I imagined him tired for working till evening, yet he looks ok, unlike other service crew that may or may not be working here, and you can tell in their face they're tired. He reminds me of my grandpa, and it makes me feel light and happy every time he receives our order. I usually add some toppings, and he always gets it right.

We went last night and our blizzards seemed to be essence of Puppy Chow and Heath. Why so light? If we wanted a vanilla shake, we would have ordered that. Culver’s is right down the road, and we have not had a problem there with toppings or ice cream portions.

We moved to the area 7 years ago… over the years we’ve noticed a pretty big theme in quality. If the owner is present prepare yourself for far less toppings or ingredients in your blizzard. Along with the smallest amount of ice cream you’ve ever seen if you get a dish. Last night we ordered 6 items as we had family in town, it took us 3 times to go through it because the girl kept hoping we were done with our order and would say “is that all” after EVERY item… it was frustrating to say the least. We love DQ but it’s very frustrating when you go to other locations and they are doing the normal servings and the one right by your house is so stingy. A recommendation would be that the owner should go around to other locations and see what they offer vs what he offers. There is a significant difference.

I have chosen to update my review because i have recently started going back to this location and have been pleasantly surprised. The man working there is a lot more chipper and is now pleasant. My icecream has been delicious everytime. I don’t know how it changed but it did and now i can confidently recommend this place.

The ingredients that go into making a S’mores Blizzard must be very expensive! There were a few graham cracker crumbs sprinkled in and that was it! Maybe 30 microscopic crumbs at the most! Thank you for a very expensive cup of vanilla ice cream. Terrible!

I asked for a cheeseburger and was informed that they don't serve that stuff and only have a microwave hotdog lolI learned that there are "Treat" locations which seem to mostly serve frozen foods (like ice cream) and "Treat and Food" locations which is what I wanted.I liked the "No Bit-Coin" notice on the drive-thru speaker. I didn't even order the food but they made me laugh so 5 stars. Would go back if I wanted something frozen. Honesty is good.

When I came here with my friends the first time the older man at night aggressively flipped my blizzard into my debit card and then my debit card had icecream all over it. Which I understand mistakes happen but he just said nothing looking very discruntled and I was just like what the heck. Then even worse another time this same man was working the drive through at night and used his hands HIS HANDS to scoop the gummy worms into our icecream, i was beyond disgusted.

The owner is the worst. The rudest person in the world. Read me the riot act because I had to look at the menu. Just walked away. Didn't need to be belittled when just trying to buy ice cream. I would suggest going to the Oberwise down the street. At least there people don't take out there personal issues on its customers. Will never go to any DQ's again. If your looking to get yelled at just for being a customer, this is your place!!!!! Wish they had a Zero star option.
